Save yourself! There are plenty of other good options in Mahabaleshwar & Panchgani This hotel is a disaster in itself Being a frequent 5 star travller, I can surely say that this hotel is a Disaster in itself!! ▪︎Customer service - they don't even know what that is...you cannot count on them in case of any emergencies, I had one and I had to fight with them to get what I could have easily gotten.. ▪︎And the worst part, they switch off the AC at the checkout time (which was switched on after a call) but who the hell does that?? ▪︎They say 1 pool is temperature controlled, but IT'S A LIE (both the pools are normal pools and they are worst with steps inside them that are very uneven) ▪︎No proper valet parking (person is missing most of the time) ▪︎No privacy in your rooms, the people in the pool can see your entire room on the G & even 1st floor ▪︎Go in the balcony and you can see each and every other rooms balcony 😂 ▪︎The restaurant is a joke, with an arrogant manager (whom we taught a good lesson), No proper lighting in the restaurant, Food is really bad, with no good options (very limited options) ▪︎No liquor license they have received yet A typical 1 star hotel Privacy - 0 Service - 0 Food - 0 Hospitality - 0 Overall - 0 Don't go just for the sake of the view...trust me just Google and you'll find a ton of better options They are new in business and have no idea how to run one!!…

The resort phone numbers as mentioned on website don’t work. They falsely cancelled my booking leaving me in terrible situation. Terrible service. Have tried calling them but there is no response to mails or calls. Their tariffs on booking.com seem to be fake and they do not respond.

We had a very good stay at the hotel,mesmerizing view and a good pool to chill,food can be better.We do recommend this hotel for teens,family and all ags group as they have many amenities and the nature is also very beautiful. Santosh ,Gauri,Tanvi and Mihir Kulkarni

Excellent stay, welcome by staff was very good. The warm hospitality by front is mind-blowing. Specially Kirti Madam, Heena & Naveen . Superb service. We will recommend this place to the visitors. Food is good.

I am very happy I choose The Cliff Resort and Spa at Panchgini for my vacation. I went there with my parent's, brother and my 11 month old baby. We booked 2 Magnolia rooms and the view is spectacular. We could see the swimming pool, 2 big kid friendly grass lawns, the valley and the river from our balcony. We could see it from our bed and that is the best part. My kid enjoyed the heated swimming pool which is a hidden gem and enjoyed crawling on their grass lawn . Not only is their view spectacular but their hospitality is outstanding. The staff is always helping out with what we need but also their managers Mehfooz Khan and Puneet were constantly making sure that we and our baby were comfortable. Hello, TOP Management. Kindly be informed that when I requested a query from the hotel and room category. I got availability and rates at the same time when I also informed others who are traveling for rates and availability Further, I have requested to block and share confirmation no. along with the bank details to deposit the amount, after I am getting the revert it's sold out. When I was told it is confirmed the wedding was held on the dates .they do not understand the value of the guest not behaving in the hospitality industry. I don't recommend it to visit here .they are doing cheated anytime and manipulating talks. Also, I have requested Gentleman to connect me with someone with a manager he's denied connecting with someone. and disconnected the call, further, I made again call and told him to connect to the manager only or give a number again denied, later many requests then transfer to the lady, but she was not listening to anything say sold out She doesn't behave like any hospitality industry. this miscommunication by her team even though no apologies were said. Still, I have requested to give a resolution or will share feedback, over the phone she said no problem share your feedback anywhere. Need training for staff how's is polite and give courtesy in hospitality. Trust me this truly pathetic service is giving.…
