Staffs are most arrogant. You can choose sherbaug for forest experience or evershine for luxury. You ask anything to reception in ravine they will treat you like you are not worth their standards. Never Ravine ever !!

Old fashioned Hotel located at beautiful , scenic location, with parking space. Good food at the restaurant. However they should put in more efforts to improve the outdoor facilities like the tennis court , lawns etc. More light should be provided in the hotel corridors

We took the executive valley side room and the view was breathtaking. One of the best views from panchgani, hands down. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. There was quite a lot to do in the resort alone. I had a good time. Wish things were maintained a bit better although I understand since construction work was going on it’s hard to keep everything spick and span. Our air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it took quite some time to get it fixed. A few more calls had to be made when the phone wasn’t working. Other than that everything was almost perfect. The view and the food made up for a lot of things.

Let me start with Appreciation, we had stayed in this beautiful property in 1st week of Oct. Location is beautiful & amazing. Rooms are well constructed & spacious. Location is well-placed, it's close to market & town however sufficiently distant from traffic, hustle. Now let me explain the bad part, there are certain beautiful spots from where you can view the ravine & backwater of dam but thos spots are poorly maintained. It's really surprising how the management allows deteriorating such picturesque locations? most of the Teniss courts is poorly maintained. Staff is lazy or ignorant, am not sure? we have aked them to clean the rooms in the morning & it got cleaned only in the evening after 4 reminders. Veg food is good but non-veg is dishes are average & costly. If you have no option & wants to order non-veg, chicken handi/masala will be prefered, don't try other options. It got good potential to be an amazing property but unfortunately, i think management is not paying enough attention to it.

1 ) Location of Ravine is very good. It provides good view of valley. 2) Lawn tennis courts and different areas such as children's play area , small sitting areas , deck to see valley in facility gives pleasant feeling. 3) Room Service guys are very prompt, energetic, always smiling and ready to serve guests. More than anything , I would say they are real backbone of Ravine. 4) Property needs overhauling, looks like Ravine has not looked after maintenance of it for many years. 5) Reception / front desk needs to give more respect to guests. They should not judge people by attire or class. Bit more welcoming nature , asking for feedbacks , smiling faces at reception, helping nature , better communication would help Ravine. 6) Breakfast options are very good. Overall , food quality is very good.
