The hotel: If its royalty that you are looking for, this is the place. Ethnic rooms, a beautiful courtyard and very courteous staff. Location: Perfectly located in the heart of the city, Patwon ki Haveli is 5 min walk and the market is 2 min from the hotel. Have been there twice, and will definitely definitely go there again.

The outside of this haveli is beautiful but my room was rundown and dirty. Breakfast was served to a tour group right outside my window in the courtyard very early each morning even though there is rooftop dining. Staff were hard to find.

The place is quiet and feels like home. The roof top restaurant offers nice food and cultural show at night. Only downside is, hotels staffs are not readily available as...

However it is very affordable and the place is clearing very historic. The rooms are situated around two courtyards.
