The Umed Hotel is a joy for the senses thanks to the Haveli look that its sports with aplomb. The Mughal touch is apparent in the Jaali canopies that elegantly deliver the heritage of the town of Jodhpur. Walk in for a smattering of rich touches that do not clutter or overcrowd your senses. The Jaali doors act as headboards for the beds and the rustic beauty perfectly blends in with the modern theme of the space. The amazing heritage doors worked into glass walls and the quarters fashioned from old cabinets gives it all a royally good look indeed.

We had stayed here for two days. Felt the staff is a little disorganized at first look. We were taken to a room whose cleaning was in progress and we had to wait until it got over.
The rooms are clean and modern. There is geyser in the washroom. Good WiFi connectivity. The alley where the hotel stays is not so good. But location is quite good. Walking distance to the centre/market. Also very near to railway station and airport. Easy to get a ola or uber from here.
Didn't try the food from the restaurant as there are plenty of eating options nearby.
The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear doors banging and people talking until late in the night. This can be solved by running the fan on full speed to muffle the noises.

The location of the hotel is good , very near to the market place and every other tourist destination . Rooms are pretty good and clean , size varies on what kind of room you book , But very comfortable for two . They have a really great food court on the top of the hotel which provides a good view and great food with most of the common food options covered . The staff is young and really helpful . They gave me few tips on how to save yourself from spending extra while exploring Jodhpur and it really helped , managed to get the vehicle arranged whenever I needed . I almost missed my bus to Jaiselmer , thanks to them who woke me up at 5 in the morning and got me rickshaw within 10 minutes . My overall experience was great . I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling on budget .

This is a Hotel located in old city. Very near to Railway station, shopping places. Rooms are spacious. Convenient for people keen in shopping. The Road for approach is bit odd and constructed. The food quality is average. Service level is average. Maintenance is required to be improved. An average hotel for family stay.

Located in a very congested locality very average hotel with small rooms without any window n smallest bathrooms. The bedsheets had stains and on repeated request were never changed. The manager manipulates at every opportunity only interested to make more money wherever possible. I had a real bad stay and would totally suggest avoiding such unprofessional places that spoils your vacation.

Really amazing stay . Staff is very polite and helped us to roam around the city . Service is fast food is okay .location is very convinient . We had a short stay in this short stay we had not faced any problem . Linen of the rooms is also very clean . Definately recommeded to everybody...

The hotel is near main market and you can walk to clock tower area. The room is ok but the rooms on the back side have no sunlight and this is not mentioned anywhere in discreption. Rooms are hurriedly cleaned everything was covered in dust. The staff is courteous but untrained. staff kept shouting at each other in the corridor and thin walls and floor give no sound blockage. Lenin was reasonably clean and comfortable. This place could be much better with some cleaning and staff training.

The room is okay but the bed is extra comfy. Washroom is a bit compact but the accessories are good. Clean hotel and located in the middle of the city walkable distance from railway Station. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Will definitely visiting in winter with my family.

First it was worthy staying in the hotel. It's a budget class hotel. The staff is ever ready to help you out the front office team and the waiters full fill ur every need and they guide you about the city as well the given tip by them was very helpful for me to explore the city. The food is also very good with decent price. They have lots of variety in there menu specially in snacks. They have rooftop restaurant as well which was beautifully designed..... It's all worthy....... Will visit soon thank you all...

A family hotel with pure veg food . all tourist places are very nearby . lots of local restaurants are in the lane . uber and ola drop you just right to the gate of hotel . 24 hrs front desk service which is very convinient at midnight my water jar was finished in i called in reception they are very prompt. my train was early and they arrange me my breakfast as per my request . True hospitality .......... definitely recommend to everybody....Good work team umed ......thank you very much for your hospitality.
