The staff was very bad in handling customer complaint. The TV was not working in the room. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Breakfast was promised with the stay during check-in but was not provided.

There is nothing called a buffet breakfast. They have a few items for breakfast - parantha-curd, puri-subzi, poha, vada, fruits, bread with jam or butter etc. You can have the how much ever you want, but the menu is limited. For dinner, we were asked to choose any type of rice, roti/parantha, 1 dal item, 1 veg item, 1 paneer item, curd, salad, papad etc. That is more than enough for a room occupants.
