It's not a luxury place. But a good one. Nice clean mid sized rooms. A haveli converted into hotel. Small but humble staff. They have their own restaurant. And they serve very good food & boose. Good value for money.

My advice to anyone going to Udaipur, please don't choose Raj Palace. The rooms have absolutely no privacy, no ventilation and no cleanliness. They stink since there is no proper ventilation outlets. Since no privacy.. you cannot sleep...More
I visited this hotel on November, 2015. It's an old kothi converted into a hotel. Rooms are moderate & not up to mark as per charge. You have to take food from hotel as no other restaurant outside/near to hotel.
