Unorganised and unhealthy breakfast was set up in buffet system with no attention to guests , there was only one guy who was making and serving the food! No cutlery and no cleanliness! Will never ever visit this hotel again even if there are no hotels available, will prefer to stay in the car instead! There is picture uploaded along with the review which shows nothing because there was nothing!

The hotel has nice staff and hotel is clean… Only the disappointing point was the Breakfast… that really needs to be improved… SUMEET the manager was very polite and helpful… Also Bhanu gave good service except the Breakfast time… that had limitations

Please never visit this hotel as his manager don’t know how to talk to guests. Different staff at Reception quotes you different tariff rates for which there is no sanity check. Breakfast quality and services is below average. Overall experience of my stay at this Hotel is very bad. Worst part is that at time of checkout they are not ready to give you copy of your stay bill even after making all payments. There are so many nearby Hotels in same vicinity to stay with polite and courteous staff and services to stay. But don’t stay at this Hotel

Had an amazing stay at the hotel central palace. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are extremely well done and clean. Food served is hygienic and tasty. Stafd sanjay , shiba and Archana were exemplary

Location is right in the city and very easily accessible. Hotel accommodation is decent and staff is cooperative. But the biggest let down is the restaurant - uncooperative, impolite and very argumentative. They were not ready to prepare anything in breakfast for Jain Guests..asked us to eat plain paratha with curd !!! Absolutely not recommended!

if you going here seeing breakfast complementary then i must say it is not worth for what you are paying. Nothing come free and breakfast is very poor. Room is okay but not worth for what you paying. did not had food so can not say but looking to breakfast quality i must say it can not be good as well.

Hotel Central Palace is good hotel centrally located near Indira Market and Tibetan Market. Rooms were quite good with satisfactory service. Rooms were spacious and cleanliness was also good. Shastradhara and Robber's Cave Bus Stand is on walking distance around 600 metres.

This place is near paltan bazaar, Staff is not very helpful, Room are spacious but very untidy. Bathrooms are small. Breakfast provided by hotel was ok ok. Dont try this hotel its value for money. Choose wisely.

We started our journey from Dehradun and we opted Hotel Central palace. The main reason was the location which is very near to the railway station. We reached early morning and the hotelier gave us the room with a charge. The rooms were very spacious and the quality of the mattress was also very good. The food over here is a bit expensive and you will find other options just opposite side of the road as well as in nearby areas. The breakfast was included in the room charges. Last but not least the staffs at the hotel are very friendly starting with the housekeeping as well as the front desk. We stayed there from 14th July to 16th July and my birthday was on 16th. My husband bought a cake and asked them to keep it as a surprise for me. The hotel staffs brought the cake at midnight along with sandwiches and coffee from their end. This was really a great gesture and made my day. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay in dehradun…
