I have a frequent visitor to central palm due to my meetings, and one of the best hotels I have seen in Dehradun. It's nearby to Pacific mall and hotel staff is quiet supporting. The only thing which I shouldn't consider but I am mentioning is Food Price a lit bit high.

I recently stayed in this Hotel with my family as it was night halt and had to proceed early in the morning. The PRO s of the hotel. 1. Location : Right on the Rajpur road wit its own parking and a valet facility. 2. Check in was quick 3. Has its own Rooftop Bar and Lounge that is popular with the Locals and has a open to sky area with Hookahs etc. Seemed like an interesting place although I didnt try the food.4. Rooms are decent size with modern bathrooms.5 Breakfast was simple with two three options CONs: 1. They dont have much staff at hand. 2 Housekeeping is poor as the linen on the bed was dirty and I asked them to change it. 3. Room service was alright in the night but during morning it took them forever to bring a cup of tea. 4 The 2 nd floor rooms are noisy as there is a lounge just above this floor. There is lot of noise from the traffic of the highway I think they can improve a lot if they just pay more attention to housekeeping. Overall clean hotel at a good location.…

This hotel located on Rajpur Road opposite Honda showroom is ideally located and which is it's USP. It's a modest hotel and offers Room thru direct booking and also thru OYO.Rooms are OK. Housekeeping and Room service needs drastic improvement. Housekeeping needs professional touch inspite of repeated request linen provided were stained and not laundry fresh. Room service is available but restricted to particular timings.Getting Bed tea on time is a big issue. Although breakfast is free but variety and spread out needs rethinking. There is a Restaurant called 'Out of the box ' on the top floor but costly. If the management employ professionals there is no reason why it should not be in the top ranking hotels at Dehradun.
