Our first experience at a homestay...and now I know it’s going to many more.. home stays my son & I loved the place.. Quaint place atop one of the rolling hillocks.. awesome view.. friendly & professionally run.. Breakfasts are sumptuous.. we had dinners too.. which were healthy freshly cooked & finger licking good..I can say that with authority as I (used to ) review restaurants.. Pepper & Blessings the pets are friendly.. Though they stayed away.. trying times these.. Hosts maintained the complete sanitisation standards.. Shall be back .. if visiting Doon again

Had a amazing time with the Daughter and Granddaughter. The place is located away from residential crowd yet very close to city and only biggest mall in Dehradun (Pacific Mall). Rooms are individually decorated with all amenities provided.

All in all a very good place to stay. The rooms, food, surrounding and not to mention the owner of the property just everything was too good. Very comfortable stay indeed and economical too. One should definitely give it a try instead of staying in overpriced hotels.

Really liked the location surrounded by hills. It's quiet and peaceful, but only a short drive away from city centre. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and reasonable. We shall be visiting again.

This place is located very conveniently from city highlights yet we'll hidden from the main crowd. The whole experience was immaculate and the whole family plenty of open space to sit and walk around.

We found Colonel's Quarters a very quiet yet comfortable homestay in the lap of nature . It's a perfect place to spend a rejuvenating weekend. The rooms are very nice with tastefull decor. The host Shikher is very friendly and guided us for sightseeing as well. He left no stone unturned to provide us with a comfortable stay . The inhouse breakfast was just awesome.

Had a great time with family over breakfast. The whole family enjoyed the open space and peaceful time together. It was my sister's birthday and we had our little girls outing on a random road trip when we discovered Colonels Quarters. The warmth and services offered by these people made our trip a an unforgettable experience. Colonels Quarters is my go to destination with my near dear ones.
