We were looking for a venue for a family wedding and Clarks’s collection was recommended by a relative. Impressed by Mr. Ankur and his staff from day one. They not only accommodated all our requests with a smile but even helped in finalising menus for all our events. We had events spread across three days and each event was organised very professionally with top quality food. The most impressive thing that amazed us was accommodating a request at even the 11th hour e.g. need flowers for bride’s hair in an hour, changing the couch of the stage an hour before baraat arrival, serve food and drinks in places which were not blocked for events etc. all requests fulfilled with no fuss at all. They have an amazing restaurant with roof top which is perfect to host any kind of party. Thanks to all the staff with special mentions to Reena, Sheetal, Gautam, Bhagwan, Bhavneet, Divesh and many thanks to Ankur for being an excellent organiser. Ankur even has a hidden talent of making the best of mocktails so do visit and you will not be disappointed.…

As soon as we arrived, Ms Sheetal (Manager) and her team greeted and welcomed us warmly and made sure we get the best room as per our request (mountain view). The hotel was fully booked that’s why the price were high but still they made it possible for us in a good price with some compliments , which really very nice of them. The room was really nice and clean, with good amenities and the clear sight of the river & mountain. But what makes this hotel special is the members working tirelessly to cater to all our demands from a late check out..to a few special dishes for people with dietary restrictions. Staff: Staff was very friendly and English speaking and accommodating. They never said no for anything we asked. That was such a delight for all of us.
