We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2020. My experience was very good. Rooms : Very clean and sufficient for 2 persons. Food : Restaurant is great and taste is also good. It has Punjabi, Mughlai, Continental and Chinese food. (Both veg & non-veg) Location : Location of hotel is one of the plus point. Situated on main road near Dilram Chowk. 10 minutes away (by auto) from Ghanta Ghar. Even many restaurants and shops including brand showrooms are available nearby hotel. Taxi Service is also good which was provided by hotel as per request (with extra charges). Overall good experience.

This hotel is best what you can get for the money asked. The front desk is extremely professional and well mannered. Rooms are small but are spotlessly clean. Property is well maintained and provides you with heater and Air conditioning. It is located in the heart of the city. The food is also good.

Hotel Shiva Residency is a place for having comfortable stay. I think the hotel is the best value for budget travelers. The rooms are equipped with top-notch furniture and modern utilities. The staff is cheerful, polite and very helpful. Lastly, the buffet offers good variety & taste and service is quite remarkable.

Excellent location, food, value for money. Located bang on the Rajpur Road makes it close to happening place. Quality of food was excellent specially their non veg platter. Quality of rooms was good. Real value for money

I noticed that the Air Conditioner power console was hanging from the wall with the electrical wires dangling in the air. AC was working fine, but it looked scary. The shower taps wasn’t working as indicated and needed some adjustments to get the hot/cold water. Breakfast spread is limited but was good enough. They need to work on neatness and hygiene.

It was really a nice stay in Dehradun. Rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom is neat and clean. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. Food is awesome. They arranged our transfer to airport and railway station, which is so nice of them. I would really like to thank the entire management and staffs of the hotel. It was really a pleasant experience.

I'm happy with room service and also customer service. Overall I can recommend to everyone to give priority Shiva Residency. Also it's in Musoorie highway and other tourist spots also nearby. Center of the hot city. Nice place.

The hotel is very centrally located but it gives the feel of unkept property. The dining area is pretty dingy, the furniture in the room is also rickety. The good part about hotel is that although buffet spread is limited, the quality and taste of food is very good. If the management does something to uplift the feel of the property, it can become very good. My experience was less than average here
