Visited after many years. Very nice and traditional but also modern equipped hotel. Peaceful and very kind staff all through. I know them since childhood The restaurant has also an very nice view but more important everything for your needs, like extra wishes etc. Like my brother he was ill and got an hot tea specially made. and will definitely come again.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience. Amazing food and hospitality. We also got free upgrade to sute room as a surprise. Pool and spa area is good too. We also got complementary cake for our anniversary dinner.

Mosaic is situated by all the hustle and bustle of Mall Road. Their customer service is top-notch and their food is very tasty (I highly recommend the paneer fingers). That being said, this place does not have all the makings to be deemed luxurious by my standards. Pros: Nice suite - offering ample room Tasty food - although not every item was available on their menu Excellent staff - prompt service and very friendly Spa Rooftop dining Cons: Very thin walls - could hear a pin drop from another room VERY Loud Patrons with large families - people were partying in the hallways at 2 am Over-crowded breakfast - very stressful getting food The building is designed in an odd manner - must use two elevators to get to your room They didn't change the bedding when they cleaned ( think this is a must if you are staying for 4 nights) Hot water didn't always work Definitely not the Western standard of cleanliness in the room The bed height was low and the mattress was of poor quality Only provided two sleeping pillows…
