Disaster hotel with worst room services. They didn't even provide bonfire to guests after paying hefty amount of money. Rooms are so tiny, no cleanliness in rooms/washrooms. Charging for rooms heaters even when room rent was already high for such tiny rooms.

Fantastic stay very friendly staff. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Lovely and home style food. I personally recommend for this property. Few names Tanya, Satish Divyanshu and all the staff of restaurants and room service were excellent and one should proud of these people. Thanks for all the help and support.

Fantastic place... We stayed in valley view , room were clean and very well kept. View from our room was awesome. Food was good, staff was very courteous. We enjoyed our stay in hotel highland highly recommended if you want to have a great experience specially thanks to mr ritik he is very nice person thanks beta god bless you

We were 4 families from surat gujrat and passed a wonderful day at the property. The rooms were good with beautiful views. The food was good. The service staff was courteous and helpful. Overall a great stay and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend.

reaching here was difficult but stay and comfort of the hotel surpassed it.. don't go fo negative reviews. staff is amazing, property is well maintained and breakfast options are good i visit again with my family .

At the outset, let me thank Ms. Sonali, for helping us & being supportive with the reservations' process, with all the necessary information required. Thereafter, let me also thank Ms. Tanya from the front-desk team, for being concerned & always greeting & enquiring about the journey & stay at the hotel. Not to forget the food & beverages team, for always being there to serve us, as & when required, with the smile & tasty food. The balcony room provided was good, which gave us an opportunity to enjoy the scenic view of the surrounding valleys. Overall, it was a pleasing stay.
