This a standard boutique property with about 15-20 rooms is situated on the mall road about 10 mins walk from Gandhi Chowk. So easily walkable even with luggage (tourist vehicles are not allowed inside mall road). Mr S S Kandari, Rameshji and their team with Sunil, Annu and other staff were very accommodating and helpful. We paid 3500 inc taxes for 1 night on dbl occupancy without breakfast (off season) through booking.com. They can include breakfast in this cost actually to make it more attractive and appealing. You can contact the hotel directly are try negotiating better deals as well. The rooms are neat and clean with enough space. They also boost a family room which can accommodate 4-5 members in one room and it also is spacious. They have heating facility, hot water and excellent homely vegetarian food which are all the plus points about it. However, their courteous staff and hotel managers are what is best about it. They offered us a better room as it was available without any extra charge. The check-in and check-outs were smooth. They accept all types of payments. They have a nice terrace as well to enjoy the views. The manager also called to check on us one day when we had not returned till late in the evening to know if we were fine. Some of the rooms do not have views but it is not very important to me. Camel back road is walkable and morning walks their are very pleasing. …

Hotel location is good , its right on the mall road , front office staff is very polite and professional . If you manage to get front view rooms its good to stay . Rooms which are back side have no view .washroom is clean and bed linen wal also clean . Restaurant is nice but has very few eating options

Situated right at Mall Road , very near to Gun Hill Ropeway start, Very good location , staff was friendly and quite accommodating. Hotel rooms were quite clean , washrooms were clean , had facilities like TV, and heater , sofa chair and good bed.

Excellent location and great food. Staff also very helpful. However since the Hotel is on the Mall road , there are restrictions on car movements during the day. Rooms nice and comfortable. Suggest you take the mountain view rooms only.

Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Has a lift to reach up the floors. View from the room facing the mall road was fantastic. Location is right on the mall road. Food served is delicious and reasonably priced.

We opted for the mountain facing room and what a view it turned out to be! Enhanced with two cosy, single-seater sofa chairs and a neat little table to stretch your legs and chill. Perfect to catch the October sun and sit down with a book or a video game, whatever your thing is. Or just gaze and gaze at the amazing mountains and the view below atop trees, clouds and birds. Our room was spacious, clean and the people were very friendly. Parking is on the roof so that's sorted too. The location is perfect and worked out well for us as we were here to just stroll about a bit and head off to Landour the next morning!
