We liked Larissa as we like the suit rooms and because it’s pet friendly. However the food is average and not a lot of options in food. The wifi doesn’t work and there’s no network so made it very hard to continue our work. In todays time everyone is working from home or even if not the work is ongoing even when on holiday. Wifi and internet connection and phone network is crucial. The property has a lot of connectivity issues. I have been to Larissa twice once during summers when there was no rains and this time around is was raining. Network issue was persistent both times. Moreover this time when it was raining the water started leaking into our room. We have paid a lot of money for our stay and this wasn’t value for money. If the construction is an issue they should have fixed it. If theres wifi issue they should fix it or mention. Since I had experienced the network problem, I had asked before coming if this was fixed and they said yes, but it wasn’t working. Also just bad construction I feel as water shouldn’t be leaking into rooms. Also they really need to work on their food variety and quality. Dinner was still ok, breakfast and lunch we didn’t like.…

Writing my first review because team Larisa totally deserves the applaud. Excellent location, away from the maddening crowd of the hill station, larissa sits midway on Mussoorie - Dhanaulti road. The rooms are super luxurious with modern amenities and the washrooms are tastefully done with international stantard toiletries. Instead of the breakfast buffet, they take personal orders and serve freshly cooked food. Each dish was beyond our expectations and we absolutely loved the food here. Garhwali thali is a must try, everything was new for us, super healthy and tasty. The stewards and housekeeping staff are very prompt and efficient, no words for their "out of the world" hospitality. Beware of the leeches in Uttarakhand, if you are travelling during monsoons. Carry bandaids, basic medication etc although the hotel staff are well equipped with it. Not many shops are around, but a couple of Maggi outlets are just at 5min walk from the resort. No mini fridge in the room, but the staff offered to keep our eatables in their kitchen fridge. The Last 200mt stretch to the resort from the main road is very steep and narrow, so inform them around 20min before you reach, the staff readily assists you and drives your car to & fro . No wonder, It's a cakewalk for them. A big shout out to Team Larissa who left no stones unturned to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you Mr. Akshay, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Anil, Mr. Raman and Mr. Vipin.... And all others whose names I've missed out. Life is too short to visit a place twice, but for Larisa... We visited Larisa only for a day but it was totally worth it. The vibe, the views, food, facilities were perfect. We enjoyed our day to the most. The manager, vikram, was v v cooperative. We are definitely coming here again and this time for a couple more days. I'll be suggesting this place to my friends and family as well. Overall, my family and I loved this resort.

My wife, our pet lab and I spent a couple of days at Larisa last week. It was a wonderful break from the heat and daily crazy routine of city life. The resort is small and quaint, ideal for a quiet, relaxing stay. The staff was very helpful and polite at all times. The food was excellent with great service. Our dog had a great time running around and exploring the resort, and the resort also catered well to his diet with fresh food. One of the very few pet friendly places that we’ve enjoyed within driving distance of NCR. All in all, a great stay and will come back again! Thank you, Abhishek

Hello travellers, enjoy the place with great cottages, great food and great staffs to help you 24x7 at Larisa. Just remember to call the staffs before you reach so that they can send the driver for the approach road to LaRiSa. Enjoy the mesmerizing dehradun valley view. Shimmering lights of the doon city will blow your mind. The options of breakfast if you have taken combo pack is less but the restaurant serves a platter of tasty dishes. Try mutton bhuna.
