The service at this hotel resort is a cut above the rest. Our waiter Nipendra Pal gave exceptional service. As did all the hotel employees. We were all so impressed!! Cheerful happy people. The food was also fantastic.

Amazing hospitality , great food , Clean rooms and beautiful view . Staff is very helpful especially Dhanvir and Nependra . We had buffet and they arranged for few dishes for kids . Happy kids is happy vacation . Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nipendra pal and Kamal Dahim Lalit pan , these were the people that helped us navigate through there vast spread of food , especially desserts . My kids loved the waffles and pancakes. Staff is very help and polite . Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very good dinner and breakfast service during our stay from Nipendra and Lalit. Very good variety of food too for the buffet from chef dhanvir. We stayed here for a night and overall tan excellent hotel and comfortable stay. All staff were very kind and helpful :)

Great hospitality, and the staff is ever helpful with whatever you need - whether it’s kids activities or organising for car travel to see the sights and locations. Kids loved the hotel and the food and the kids play area. The location is great and the access to Mall Road is what sets this property apart. It also has great views from the rooms. Nipendra Pal, Lalit and Sachin were excellent in service ans hospitality all through the stay.
