A beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Only problem is the noise as it is next to some club but after 10pm that all goes away and you get to experience the serenity of this place. Bonus they offer floating breakfast at an added cost of R100 which was way reasonable compared to other places.

We had an unbelievable holiday here. We stayed 8 nights at this wonderful hotel, Our check in was very easy and within minutes we were in our room, changed and then sitting by the pool with cocktails in hand. The room was large with a really comfy king size bed. The bathroom was beautiful and luxurious. The room service excellent with our room always looking immaculate. The breakfast here is wonderful with all the standard options. We also ate two evening meals at Henry's. Both times the meals at Henry's were superb and service and surrounds delightful. The pool here is suburb with amazing sunset views. Great way to unwind at the end of the day, sitting around the pool, drinking cocktails and watching the sun set. The pool staff here are amazing, always smiling and very friendly. A big thank you to the pool bar staff they absolutely made our holiday a memorable one. The staff at the pool should be recognised by hotel management as they are what makes this place so great. They make each and every guest feel really special. We came back to Bali recently and returned to the hotel to have a pre-dinner drink and the pool staff remembered us and treated us like old friends; absolutely brilliant. Thank you to everyone at the Aryaduta for making this such a wonderful holiday.

We stayed 10 nights using the Luxury Escapes package. We checked in New Year’s Eve and the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately we were not given the upgraded balcony room we booked and paid for 6 months previously as all rooms had already been allocated. We were able to change late the following day which was extremely inconvenient. No compensation (even a free drink) for the inconvenience was offered which was disappointing.

Apart from that the stay was lovely. Room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Staff exceptional and always friendly although a little hard communicating sometimes when I rang down with a query. Our absolute favourites were Denny who took exceptional care of us during breakfast and also at the poolside and Dewa who took great care of us at the poolside and during happy hour when he remembered that I liked a bit extra pineapple juice in my cocktails without me having to tell him twice - thank you guys you were wonderful.

We ate a couple of times at Henry’s restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast also a good selection and varied every day.

Pool was huge and barely anyone in it much to our amazement so we enjoyed it very much.

Our only other slight issue was the smell which was in the lift used for getting to breakfast. We assumed the smell was coming from outside and getting trapped in the lift but it was pretty bad and preferred to use the other lift which was much further away.

Overall it was a great stay with great people and thanks also to Dias on reception for her helpful manner at all times especially check out.

Dear PerthNataliePerth, greetings from Bali and thank you for your great feedback on our hotel and employees. My apologies that your check-in experience has not been perfect; indeed, despite of the room-move, our front desk management should have offered you a free drink or else for the inconvenience caused. We will definitely highlight to the team on this. I do appreciate your positive notes on our various team-members and we will certainly inform them on your feedback. last but not least; we had indeed an issue with external smells captured in our elevator shaft; we have identified the source and by now the smell has gone from the shaft. Last but not least, we do hope to see you back in our hotel soon! Have a great weekend ahead! Marcel J. Driessen General Manager

Recently stayed here for a night for family holiday. We chose this hotel because the location is in front of a Catholic church, easier for us to attend the mass. The hotel is connected with Lippo Mall, so it's easy to find something to eat or shop. The room and bathroom are spacious. They put the luggage bench and wardrobe inside the bathroom. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant. The hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach, however they provide buggy to the beach with regular schedule. In each level, they provide a lounge. I enjoyed the garden, very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The employees were very attentive and genuine, excellent service indeed.

I have a 1 night 1 room reservation in this hotel for transit waiting for my next flight the next day and I also made a reservation for a car that will take me to the airport at 12 noon the next day.

As far as I know, all the hotels I stay at the hotel check out time is 12 noon

But this hotel, the front desk staff (sukma) called me 2 times at 11.10 and 11.20 to ask if I will check out today or not?

On the first call she thought I had 2 rooms and she mentioned the wrong room number. I told her that I only have 1 room, you called the wrong room number and I will leave today…
but she said that she was right that she called room 1220, but my room number was 1120.
She still thought that she was right and never apologized before she realized that she was wrong…

After 10 minutes, she called again and asked the same question… are you stupid (Sukma)? Why don't you check on your system before calling your customers?
I explained to her again that she called the wrong room, but she insisted that she called 1220. very stupid

When I checked out I told her again that she called the wrong room number
but this time...she said it was me saying that my room number was 1220...so ridiculous.
and she never apologized for her mistakes.

I feel sorry for Aryaduta management having you Sukma ... this hotel is good but not suitable for you Sukma, because you are too incompetent and can make this hotel lose customers like me.
As a front desk clerk, you are giving a bad image because of your stupidity.

I will not stay at this hotel again because of your unprofessional front desk clerk - Sukma

Breakfast served was great, location near airport, beaches, and shopping mall, love the garden around the meeting rooms. Room was quite large for single bed. Laundry service is available, kiblat guide direction also available in the drawer.

No doubt, this is a nice hotel with great breakfirst and views.
But I would say my stays there with my husband is not 100% perfect.
When we first entered the lobby, there was a strong smell or flowers/perfume. Not sure which one. I was fine with it, but some people might not.
My room was originally a connecting room I think. I could here people in the room next to us talking very clearly with kids shouting. Not a pleasant experience.
The breakfast was good but it's too far from my room. Hotel itself is a big complex with too few direction signs. We lost our way to the breakfast restaurant a couple times because we couldn't fine any signs on the wall. I was really really upset that time.
Hopefully the hotel will improve.

We had a week long vacation in Bali within our longer vacation to the East. Stayed at Aryaduta Bali for 6 nights and it was great. Enjoyed the (roof) top breakfast and the occasional room service. Try their soup and remember to ask for 'extra' sour-dough bread!

We couldn't set the thermostat below 24c (recommend 22c) and the room got hot at times. I understand if it is to help our atmosphere but I definitely do not understand why the hotel staff always leave the doors-to-outside open thereby cooling the whole city!

We enjoyed our 8 night stay and it was a great central Kuta location . Walked out the front door to food, shopping, money changers, Mini marts, nightly live music and adjoins Lippo Mall.

Our room was large, modern, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was okay and service was good throughout the motel with standout service from Denny - he was always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable … even came to my rescue when I inhaled chilli at dinner 🔥.

Our room was far from the street so no street noise but a really long walk along the corridors to get to the lift (5 min walk from reception to our room)

Yes they put money on hold on your credit card when you check in, but cant remember how much. What i do remember is that it wasn't much probably $100 but not 100% sure.

Hi Natalie, Thanks for your question. Our rooms are large and spacious as you can see. However, due to safety and licensing registration we're only able to accept a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children to a room. I would suggest that you get in touch with our reservation team as I am sure that they can help with a good rate on two rooms interconnecting. Thank you Paul Cutler
