Service upon check in friendly and informatif. Breakfast variant much lovely and delicate our palate,all very nice. Ordered hot tea and remain hot even tho' having talks with the staff (call fit) not really know her name.Its wonderfull and wonder why the mug can make my tea stay hot for long moment, we're haply. All staff service were friendly, were excellent service. We'll come back when we visit Bali in the future!. Thank you!

Amazing 2 night stay with aloft kuta bali everything was perfect, cleanlines, confy, friendly staff, food was really good. Best thank you for One and only fabulous Manager SADU he is very helfull, energic and always make ur stay is perfect. Love and big hug for u Best thank you for SUSANTI and WAWAN also all TEAM in Depot at aloft, they were the best, energic and taking care for everything for my breakfast. Will miss u guys Best thank to KETUT AGUS for cleaning my room and small little elephant that makes me happy. Loved this funky hotel at beach walk. Everything is fun and bright. The writing on the mirror was a very cute touch. Buffet breakfast was delicious and so was dinner (I had jackfruit curry). The bar is very cool and has entertainment on the weekend. The mall is on site so we took advantage of that!

Awsome urban stylish hotel, Stay for the first time felt awesome with this hotel I am superb happy and had a wonderful stay. Aloft kuta had a perfect location, very easy to go to the beach, shopping center, most love is the room experience gave us unforgettable moments stay. Beautiful design, comfortable bed Size of twin bed so large ITS plus value of aloft . Above all, warmest welcome by the staff and during stay was the best. TIP: Visit the website in my profile for the full review and more photos. Been waiting for the opening of this new Marriott Bonvoy property and it finally did! Truly enjoyed my stay on the opening day. The hotel is directly connected to Beachwalk mall; how convenient! Breakfast buffet was superb for a hotel at this price point. The design fits the Aloft brand well. I liked that every room has a balcony. Service staff were all really friendly too. Marie, Ingrid and the team did a wonderful job in putting everything together. Looking forward to my next stay!
