For desserts, however, you can find croissants, donauts, sticky rice, chocolate fountain for fruit and marshmellows and there is also the ice cream cone.
Try the local coffee corner where you can try three types of coffee all produced in Bali. I was impressed by the amount of staff in the kitchen as it is partly visible: I contact up to 11 people who continue to prepare and replenish the buffet with great care, you can feel that behind it there is an expert hand.
The pool is calibrated for the number of hotel guests, towels are provided on site, there is often someone on staff to check the sun loungers and clean up, always everything in order. Finally a huge thank you to all the staff of Aloft for two reasons; the first because it made us feel the warmth of their hospitality making us feel at home and second because for my wife's birthday they wished her many times making us find balloons, birthday stuffed animals, cake and more messages of greetings.

The hotel is for me a new benchmark in guest service and making your day special. first about the room. The rooms are modern and functional which means dont expect high class wooden furniture but very functional ikea kind of furniture and setup which may not look extravagant and high end but elegant, clean and fully serves the purpose. The room had two large beds which made it work well for our family of four. We could step outside our room ...take two steps forward and step into the pool which made it real fun for kids. The hotel is located adjacent to Kuta beach in the same complex that houses the beachwalk mall...which makes any shopping very accessible. The beach is 10 mins walk even though we didnt explore it. The staff was super helpful and super special. Left us a handwritten note every day after cleaning the room and made the stay extra special. They made sure that all our needs were taken care of and accommodated even if they had to go an extra mile to do it. Really loved the stay and will love to stay again and highly recommend specially if you are wanting to explore the Kuta district.

It's connected to the beachwork and it's very easy to access, it's also nice to see the beautiful sunset right in front of the sea and above all the hotel staff is so nice! Location is just perfect, walking distance to Kuta beach and also right in the middle of Beachwalk Kuta shopping centre, so we don’t need to rent a car. We’re very pleased with the room, there’s little things that very useful, attention to detail is really good. Like there’s a mirror with lights for ladies, in the shower room you can sit or put your feet while you take a shower. There’s a Balcony to enjoy your afternoon tea or breakfast. It was my birthday during our stay, They decorated our bed and got a birthday cake 🍰 too, which is very nice surprise. Although it’s almost a perfect hotel room but there’s one little things that I think they need to improve. It was the soundproof of the room, we can hear most of the noise out side our room, on the aisle, like when the other guest walking and talking towards their room, other guests open & closed their doors. During the day its ok, but at night, if you a light sleeper, it’s gonna a wake you up multiple times. But, for overall its a really good hotel, I would definitely come back again. The staff are very friendly & helpful, unfortunately i can’t remember all their name, i just remember Helen, she at the front desk she’s really helpful with everything, we have very nice chat with her almost everyday when we catch up. I stay there for 4 days.

Situated above the beach side shopping mall, the hotel provides a convenient access to the beach and the many side shopping alleys found around Kuta beach. Check in was no fuss and the cab ride from the airport costs no more than $10 USD
The staff are friendly and tries very hard to please. There is a happy hour where drinks are less than $10 USD one for one.
Breakfast spread is adequate and the menu changes every day even though the variety remains the same. Lunch and dinner options are better sought downstairs in the mall with more choices and variety.
We had a pool access room which allowed us direct access to the pool, even though the pool is segregated by a wall.
The bedding is very comfortable with climate control and plenty of USB charging available. Only gripe is the charging points are not high speed so you need time to charge your latest iPhone and Android flagships. Toilet facility is excellent with none of the smells that you usually find in the toilet. Water pressure is sufficient and comes with both hot and cold water.
All in all, had a great stay and look.forward to returning to this establishment.

3 days at this hotel felt not only comfortable but very safe...bringing children and babies is definitely an obligation to choose a safe and clean room. The rooms are always clean every day. The room is comfortable, quite spacious and clean. The hotel location is right in front of Kuta beach and inside the Beachwalk mall. All the employees here always serve you in a friendly manner, full of smiles that make you feel at home. Thank you to housekeeping Bli Nova & Bli Dewa who always clean the rooms well, provide simple but meaningful knick-knacks in our rooms. Thank you also to the security who always greeted us in a friendly manner, the receptionists and also everyone in the restaurant during breakfast. One of the best hotels we have visited every time we go to Bali.

So, here’s the rundown of my stay. I stayed on my own for 2 weeks. Staff were extremely professional and friendly at all times. The location is right at Beachwalk shopping centre, so this is handy if you like shopping and if it’s raining. You cut through the shops to get to the beach and to Poppies 2 lane, although the shops don’t open until 10am so if you head out before this you need to walk down the very long driveway and around. On check in I was allocated my pool view room. Nobody helped bring my luggage, but I was offered help as I left with my 3 bags but said I’d manage. When I found my room, there was no pool view even though I had paid for this, so I returned to the lobby. They showed me another room that was getting cleaned on the second floor, this had pool view, so I had to wait another hour for this room. Rooms are spacious enough with a couch, table and balcony. A word of warning though, the room doors do not always close properly on their own and I have seen many rooms left with their door ajar. Make sure you physically close the door every time. Comfy bed, great shower, great amenities including lotion, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, complimentary water and more. The bathroom door is frosted/obscure glass so pretty much see-through but that didn’t bother me. No mini bar in room but Beachwalk has a basement supermarket. Small fridge, no freezer. Room service but limited choice. Good bar in lobby, pool table, games, and live music around the shops which you can hear very loudly in your room till late most nights but good music. Very modern features with push button ‘do not disturb’, ‘make up room’ and doorbell. If you have the app you can also use the mobile key feature. Cleaning staff are always around and very efficient. I didn’t get breakfast included so can’t comment on that. I didn’t see any other Australians staying here, mostly other nationalities. A small pool with poolside chairs on level 1. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Bali. It is very spacious, clean, and feels brand new!
The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. Beachwalk Mall is right next to the hotel, making it extremely convenient.
The hospitality is outstanding. The housekeeping team is very attentive and meticulous, ensuring our room was always clean and well-stocked with amenities. They provide four bottles of water in the room daily, which is a nice touch.
The breakfast buffet is a must try!
The only minor downside is the long hallway from the hotel rooms to the main elevator.
If you’d like to watch Netflix in your room, remember to ask the front desk for a Chromecast.
Additionally, the hotel offers some board games in the lobby and features live bands on weekends, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!
