We took a deluxe premiere room only to find the AC completely covered behind the TV cabinet. We stayed for 5 days and took the entire night each time for the room to cool down. The room could do some upgrade as well. Closer to the airport and Kuta city was the plus point.

On first glance this hotel was nice. Upon opening the door of my room, it smelled like damp and mould. The plumbing was constantly sending up awful smells. I found bugs in the bedsheets and the towels had a funny smell to them. The pool seemed nice but only had 2 sun beds so it was impossible for me to relax there. Very cheap hotel but would’ve paid more for cleanliness.

Best Hotel at Kuta, excellent services and comfortable bed. Staff very helpfull, breakfast so tasty, shower is very smooth and warm, and the pool is clean. Never disappoints stay at Ohana Hotel Kuta, recomended Hotel....

The hotel is small. The rooms were congested. The pictures posted by the hotel is misleading. The pool is small as well. The staff is struggling with English language but that's understandable. The view was terrible. The windows are opening to another building. We stayed there for 7 days and the overall the comforts of the hotel is low.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for2 nights (which it could be longer). We had a very late check in and our first contact at the front desk was friendly, helpful and we loved the atmosphere immediately. Our room was cozy, comfortable and very neat. The breakfast was amazing and the staff of the friendliest people of Bali😍🎉. The hotel is conveniently situated and is close to a mosque, Halaal eateries, shops and the beach. I definitely recommend Ohana Hotel and will definitely go there again if we return to Bali👍🎉

I had searched quite a bit for an OK-price/good quality hotel, but I was a little disappointed by the Ohana hotel. Renovations were being done at the moment I was staying there, the rooms are not as great as on the picture and the overall vibe is meh... The swimming pool is quite nice though and the staff is friendly but seem a little bit shy. Not worth 4 stars, but if the price is around 15 euros then I'd take it.

Location is not great (in alleyway) not tourist area. Stay there 3 days in January 2020 for 2 adults and 12 y/o daughter we booked 1 room but given 2 rooms just outside the pool (which good we did not walk too far) but nightmare at night swimming pool closed at 8pm however people still swimming at 10pm I could heard from my room people talking out loud and laughed no hotel staff told them and I had rang reception and noise stop. Rooms were clean and comfort bed. Breakfast is alright. Just be aware no online transports (GRAB) allow pick up hotel guests I don't know reason behind that. Grab drivers were too scared so we walk to pharmacy shop like 2 minutes from hotel. Re: staff- Front office staff not that friendly but housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were so good. I was charged 800,000IDR because they only had the 'deluxe suite' available. I didn't care as I was so tired, it sounded nice. Well, as soon as I got to the room, I turned on the AC and fell asleep. I woke several times throughout the night in a big sweat, because the AC was only blowing out air. I checked the remotes settings, but it was normal. I think the unit did not have freon, something that the deluxe suite should have. Then the breakfast, another joke. They had mie goreng and nasi goreng with watermelon slices and a bowl of corn and lettuce. I would not write this review if the staff had asked me how was my stay, but when I checked out the staff said nothing. Then the security did not help me to move my bike and I almost hit the car. I am appalled at the lack of customer service from this place. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life!…

The hotel is situated near to Kuta Central, almost 10 mins by walk and is near to Kuta beach. The room are not very clean and the AC was too bad. Hotel staff behavior was also very rude. Breakfast was neither too good nor too bad.
