Arrived 24h before and I am thinking about breaking up my stay. This is never a five star hotel. Booked the romantic package and room decoration was really nice. But room is so poorly soundproofed you can hear every single word from neighbor room and crying kids the whole night. And you jump up from bed when any door on the floor is closing. Noisy AC. Wifi very slow. Breakfast low standard, nothing special and self service queue for coffee machine. Did a reservation for Cabana at the pool two weeks before arrival for first day. All occupied, only option at smokers area or directly at slide. No mattresses for sunchairs, hard like a wooden board. Never seen at a 5* hotel. Staff mostly very friendly, but general impression: never again. Could take a 2 star hotel for fraction of price or choose another hotel. …

What an incredible hotel and resort with world class service! We could not have been happier with our 8-night vacation, and my kids are sad to leave this place. We have been to many resorts in the Caribbean and other 4/5 star hotels in the world, but have never received the kind of service and quality we did at the Hard Rock Hotel in Bali. We stayed in the Rockstar Suite, which was extremely spacious and comfortable and just perfect for our family of 4. Their main pool is awesome!! Extremely huge with a blended beach area, and a great splash pad /water park for the kids as well. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety and good quality food, and staying in the Rockstar suite came with its own perks, which include entrance to the kids club, eight $300k hotel credits, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with snacks - basically there is a lot you can indulge. The kids club and the teens club are amazing, and our kids had a great time there. Parents can spend time with the kids in the teen club as well, where they have Playstations, a pool table, and an air hockey table. Most importantly, what made this stay stand out was the exceptional service we received from all the staff. Each and every member of the staff is so kind and respectful, and always greet you with a smile and so much warmth. I want to make a very special mention for Lian at thr Rock Royalty lounge. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. From the moment we checked in, she knew each of our names and took care of all our needs throughout our stay. She even remembered that we had told her about our son's food allergies, and every single time we visited the lounge, she had something special prepared for him. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary, so she even had a guitar shaped cake sent to our room. Lian is a gem of a person, and an example of how every person working in the hospitality and service industry should be. I would highly recommend staying at the Hard Rock Hotel if you're in Bali, and if you're a family, definitely consider the Rockstar Suite or higher for accommodation. I am not stay in this hotel, just visit to enjoy the music at the centerstage at the loby. i felt amazed with the lay out, the band was amazing, great ambiance, and one of the best cocktail i ever try. but lil dissapointed with the staff, i am indonesia and the seem a bit racist. when i aske for the bill the staff ask me to come to tha cashier by say it from a distance when i saw other guest was pay on their table and the staff will come with the edc machine in case the guest will pay by card. and when i came to cashier and pay by credit card the staff look annoyed cos the machine take so long to process and maybe tought my limit is not enought to pay my bill, and i said please try to other machine and it works. i am fine with that as long as the staff smile, and say sorry or thanks. but no words were spoken. i've been visited so many places and bar with a better service, it is deeply regretted 5 star hotel like this having this kind of attitude.…

Our stay was again 10 out of 10 with rooms cleaned daily and service from staff remarkable. Our highlight as normal was our romantic dinner. We were once again served by Tara who’s knowledge and dedication to his us as clients was 10 out of 10. This guy makes our dinner memorable. Great job Hard Rock and great job Tara, you rock!

We stayed a night at deluxe room with bath tub with our little family. The hotel is big, have a lot of room. It's very old but doesn't look old. The room was well maintained, although slight dark at night. There are a lot of activities, various food at breakfast. They have 2 cafes at night with music performances, and it slight disturbed us to sleep. Hotel staffs were great, polite, helpfull and friendly. My son loves to stay here again, sure will be back in another time. Thank you hard rock hotel.

We went to celebrate my 40th. All of the staff are amazing. The service they provide is above and beyond. Place has all bases covered whether partying or relaxing. House keeping come through and maintain the room without imposing on your space. The guys and girls at the centre stage bar will definitely keep the drinks flowing while greeting you with a friendly welcome. If I could I’d go back tomorrow!!

I would like to say massive thank you to all the staff at Hard Rock Hotel Bali for looking after us during our almost 3 weeks stay there. I travel a lot, but the level of service i got here, was beyond than 5* Hotel. Kids love the swimming pool, activities, kids club and live music. We definitely had the most amazing time and hopefully will be back again in the future.

We had the best time! Room was super clean and comfortable. Equipments were well-maintained, pool was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and during breakfast staffs were very helful and offer personal attention. We got french toast from the buffet, a chef offered to make my daugher kid-special french toast with maccaroons that really made her day (sorry, chef.. We didn't get your name). Mr. Kipli during our last day was checking on our needs and made us feel welcomed. We stayed during Nyepi day, and sure not bored at all staying in hotel all day. Thank you HRH Bali! This is not our first time and sure not going to be our last time.
