I stay in Lumbung Suite….my favourite. Spotlessly maintained. Fresh linen and towels everyday. Staff are fantastic …. My holiday was for six weeks. Loved every minute of it at this beautiful Resort. Food delicious at Gabah Restaurant.special mention for Putu who works tirelessly to make everyone happy with her great attitude and work ethic. Management should be proud of everyone. With such lovely people around makes for a wonderful holiday.

A beautiful and relaxing resort where you're tucked away from the bustle of Bali, but if you are looking for the beach, shops, and restaurants, they are just outside the front door. The staff are SO welcoming and friendly and just lovely people. They honestly cannot so enough for you. We had a suite, which was spacious and well equipped. Just beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and so relaxing. We are well travelled and this resort is one of the nicest and friendliest we've stayed in. I didn't want to leave! When we are back next, I'll be booking here again without hesitation. Just perfect!

Ramayana has always been a home away from home. Fantastic place to stay and the staff feels like good friends. It was rebuilt completely over the 23 years I have been visiting but they always built around the exsisting trees and the garden flows around and through the hotel complex. Unfortunately no traditional materials are used any more in the architectore.

The Ramayana Suites is a lovely resort in the heart of Kuta,Bali, and is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.The resort is situated in a prime location,with easy access to some of Balis best beaches,restaurants, and nightlife. The resort’s location is also ideal for exploring other parts of the island. One of the resort’s highlights is the restaurant,serving a delicious selection of western and Indonesian cuisine and is perfect for guests looking to try local flavours. This hotel was by far the best thing about our stay in Bali. When we stepped back into the peace and quiet of the hotel, we had instant relief from the noise and mayhem that can sometimes be Kuta. The room was a nice Premier Room which was spacious and cool. Although our room was opposite the elevator we had no reason to complain about any noise. Housekeeping was always over for us by 10 am, which was nice as we are early risers. Breakfast is a treat of a feast, with lots of different foods to try. The gardens were beautiful and serene, with a really classy pool. The hotel's biggest asset however was its staff. It didn't matter if you were dealing with the reception or the housekeeping, the waiters or the bell boy, or talking to the gardener. they were all kind and pleasant to talk to and deal with. Highly recommend, great location, clean rooms, quiet and safe with a great buffet breakfast served by exceptional experienced staff at the Gabah restaurant all surrounded by beautiful gardens and water features. We stayed in the Grand deluxe room with twin beds, great value for your money - including breakfast in the price. If you want luxury, the resort provides luxury rooms. Good size pool with comfortable lounges and day beds for that afternoon kip or relax with a great book. The resort is a hidden gem in the heart of Kuta - we will be back. The Ramayana resort staff service was exceptional by all, we felt the love of Ramayana staff and felt a part of the Ramayana family, security was paramount.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are very attentive. Sudiara was our cleaner and he was the best. His English was fantastic and he was so attentive no matter our request. Our room was always cleaned to the highest standards. The resort has a a lot to offer. Breakfast was great. All the staff were so friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Would highly recommend this resort. Has all amenities close by. Thank you Ramayana for a fantastic holiday 10/10

My family and I have stayed at the Ramayana hotel Resort many times over the last 20 years as well as other hotels but always returning to the Ramayana.The rooms and suites are beautiful and modern and very comfortable, the pool is enormous and surrounded by beautiful gardens with native plants and trees. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so many choices and if nothing takes your fancy you can request almost anything, but for me the main attraction to this beautiful place is the people who make our stay there so good l don’t want to leave, the staff are so friendly and always wanting to help with anything to make our stay there enjoyable, always ready with a smile and a laugh. The shopping is only metres away with Kuta Art Markets across the road and huge department stores a very short walk, l can’t find a better place to stay when in Kuta Bali , l highly recommend this place.…
