Great hotel for kids and great kids club. My kids wanted to spend more time with them then us. Will be back for sure. Can't wait to see the new kids club. Great vibe by the pool, fun games for kids and adults. Great themed dinners at restaurants to.

My flight from Bali to Darwin was canceled and rescheduled to the next day. I was provided with an accommodation at the property and love that. The hotel is beautiful with traditional architecture. staff was accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommended.

We booked the family room which was spacious to our standard. Room was clean. Had some issue with the air-conditioning on the second night was swiftly rectified by the hotel staff. Kudos to them. Location wise the hotel sits on the busy Kartika Plaza road. Access to malls, bank and eateries are all within walking distance.

The Dynasty is the best resort I have ever stayed in. I cannot fault anything about the place! There’s stuff for everyone to do and everywhere you go you feel like you’re at home. There is nothing to fault at all. The staff are exceptional, the food is amazing, and the place is spotless. Every staff member is extremely helpful and polite and they will do anything to make sure that you’re stay is amazing. I have been to other resorts but nothing will ever compare. It’s a home away from home that welcomes everyone with open arms. Once you go, you’ll never want to go anywhere else.

Fast service expensive 21 % tax added Ed to food and drink. Food was alright nothing great but atmosphere good with music. Kuta area good if you want to celebrate something seats are very uncomfortable.

The Bali Dynasty is a resort hotel with everything that you would expect from such a facility . Perfect for families with young children. The resort includes a seperate childrens pool and club facilities as well as a substantial waterslide. The resort and its staff go above and beyond to ensure your holiday will be everything you wish for.

Wether we come with the kids or for a childless getaway the Dynasty is the place we call home if we are in Kuta. More visits than we can remember but always top level facilities and services we will always ben be back.

We have just returned from 10 days staying at the Bali Dynasty and would be more than happy to stay there again. The family rooms are great value for money and there was more than enough space for two adults and two children (12 & 8). Everything was clean and towels replaced daily. The only negative was the poor lighting in the bathroom, by the wardrobe and by the mirrors, which made getting ready and putting on makeup difficult. We were fortunate enough to be located next to the lagoon pool, which is only accessible by certain rooms and this was lovely to retreat to when it got too hot or busy around the main pool. Everyone loved the breakfast buffet, although it did get quite busy on some days and we had to have breakfast at Senses rather than H20 on a couple of occasions. Basic coffee and tea is provided free (which we had) but you can get made to order drinks (latte, hot chocolate etc) for 25k. There were plenty of beds by the main pool but there was a tendency to reserve beds early, so if you're after a day by the pool it is not the day to sleep in! Get beds on the left hand side if you want shade all day. The main pool is well serviced by staff if you want to order a drink and there is an ice-cream cart by the waterfall too. Drink and food prices are very reasonable, especially during happy hours (12-1 & 5-6). The only downside was there was a lot of smoking around the pool and from people with rooms located on the ground floor, which wasn't always nice for my family and I. My kids aren't really Kids Club kids but they did join in a few of the water activities (volleyball, wet pillow contest, biggest splash) and made a couple of friends. There is plenty going on for kids that enjoy Kids Club. Although located in Kuta, we did not encounter any loud noise from the street when trying to sleep or relax. It was a perfect location. There were two shopping centres (turn left for one and right for the other) and a wide range of restaurants as well as shops on the main street. Waterbom was a 5 minute walk away and Legian/Poppy's Lane could be reached in 15 mins. Overall Bali Dynasty is probably a 4 rather than 5 star resort but offers great value for money in a sought after location.…

The service is great, staff are great- they are all so friendly. The food can sometimes be focused on quantity rather than quality, so flavours became quite repetitive. The room was a bit outdated, and the foyers became extremely slippery when wet (2 of our children slipped over). Check-in and check out were super easy. We used the lounge for a late flight but what we noticed was that anyone and everyone were coming in to use the toilets and facilities and it was pretty messy when we got in ( clean looking BUT sticky bench tops etc). The den was great for our teens, and they enjoyed just chilling there, our young one (7) went to kids club a couple of times but then did not want to go back due to the way some of the older children spoke to the young ones (yelling at them etc and it seemed that the staff cannot do anything but there should be some terms and conditions when parents utilise the free service)- it was a great service to have and up until that point our girl really enjoyed kids club activities. The beach is not in great shape and getting to it requires you to go down an alley. But this is not the fault of the resort. The ool bar was great- we do not drink but often talked to people down there who said they came to Bali dynasty every year which shows how far the friendly service and staff go for the visitors.
