We are currently into the 3rd day of a 13 night stay at this hotel. We have travelled to Kuta Bali numerous times (12) and have stayed at many varied hotels. Whilst there are many positives here (location, breakfast, hotel surroundings amongst other things), there are 2 glaring issues so far we have encountered. Firstly the quality of the fridge. On the 1st full day of our stay (March 11 2023), I spoke to reception 4 times about the lack of coldness the fridge was generating. It was changed 3 times and each replacement fridge has been as bad as the other. They are only small bar fridges and that's fine. Just want them to keep items cold!. None of them even have a small freezer space. We have brought cold drink items back and placed them in the fridge and they certainly DO NOT hold their coldness. It is now March 13 and nothing further has been done to rectify the situation. We cannot purchase anything requiring suitable refrigeration, which you need in this very warm, humid environment. Secondly, the WiFi speed is completely hopeless. 1/10 is probably generous rating. We have spoken to a number of other guests and everyone has the same opinion. When issues are relayed to the staff, they are lovely and polite and I know it's not their fault , but they are the guests first "port of call". I doubt a lot of these issues are addressed at a higher level as nobody here is a permanent tenant and as we are all mainly short term stays, things don't get addressed in a reasonable time frame.…
The room is very spacious and clean, aircon is cool with a nice temperature all night long. Not to cold and not warm for that big room. The bathroom is very big too. The amenities were complete. Everything is there. Of course, it is super clean. The location is very good, surrounded by many shops and cafes, but less traffic or less crowded than the Kuta Beach area. Which is good since we go can here and there with no traffic jam. So pity we didnt get chance to enjoy breakfast since we have to leave early morning. For sure will stay there again when I need to be at Kuta Area.
Good Hotel at Kuta Bali, room nice, food waoooww, Beverage Uenaaak, Staff very very User Friendly, Location in Heart Kuta, Wifi Low Signal, Pool Very nice, i will next coming stay again, price fuantastic
We stayed here for our company outing trip. The hotel is actually an old hotel that get renovated/upgraded and handle by Melia chain. The room is nice and still quite new. The bed is very comfy. And the best thing of this hotel is their location. It's very near to the Kuta beach and all the famous Kuta's hypes. Very affordable price for such a great location.
Stayed for two weeks. Realised they charge 30000 for a 250 ml of come and only 32000 for Bintang. Breakfast was ordinary at best Very rarely did not have to wait for something to be replaced. Rooms were good and staff friendly. However been to Bali so many times there is far better value for money elsewhere
It is such a shame as this hotel feels close to being amazing! People are friendly, staff kind, but the corridors are dark and unkempt and the rooms are average, including a broken door slightly open to the mini-balcony. The bathroom is nice and clean and tidy but you feel you are in a motel rather than a 4* hotel. The breakfast is really nice and they have a good range of food.
Went in without a booking. Was given a price then told to book online. Once I did, and it was non-refundable, they then wanted more cash. Don't even care what the room is like. Absolutely ripped off.
I stayed at this hotel for four nights / it was so dirty and old / the first I arrived at the hotel my room key wasn’t working and I had to go to the reception for this prb 5 times (and each time they were saying this time the key would work ) my room was full of dead bugs , flys (I know this is typical of the county but for a hotel it is necessary to clean the room before the arrival of the gust ) Full of dust The room was so old I don’t recommend this hotel at all It really needs a room renovation( my room was 280)
We stayed in this lovely hotel in Kuta close to the centre where you can walk to the Kuta Square, Beachwalk Mall and many nice restaurants near by. The pools was amazing and the breakfast was great. Our rooms were right next to the pool and smell great and the effort they made to make us happy was amazing. The most memorable one while we stayed in Kuta was when we had the chance to release baby turtle to the sea, we just headed to the Kuta Beach to the Kuta Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Centre (it was about 10 minutes walk) they gave us the tickets you can give them donation if you like then we went to the beach amongst 400 tourists to release the baby turtles together. It was quite emotional for me. The staff who works there are very friendly and helpful and very responsive specially mbak Dewi. She’s absolutely amazing. We hope someday when we come to Bali again we will stay with them Again. Thank you so much.…
We booked our stay 3 tears ago and wondering how Bali would be now after Covid What a pleasant surprise to see the same staff we saw 3 years ago.We stayed in room 247 for 3 weeks,a room that has been renovated but kept the old style fascard.Service was good and pool bar has reopened although using car fridges until fridges are repaired after 2 year non use.. My daughters partner had an accident and the staff particularly Dayu and Wayan were superb in looking after him, this is an experience I have never felt before, they looked after him like family.I will stay there again
