Great hotel in a fantastic location,close to everything. Great air conditioning, many tv stations including Fox Footy, very important, the room service menu was great and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. I’m in a wheelchair and found the hotel very accessible with many ramps to get around. Just be careful if coming in March because on Nyepi day, everything is closed, asi found out

Excellent service from Cok. He was very helpful when ever we needed assistance. Hotel service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly. Food is really good and reasonably priced. 3 different pools are excellent. Location is top notch. Right on the beach

Staff were friendly and always willing to help, we spent nyepi day at the resort and they have plenty of stuff for us to do and allowed us to be apart of their traditional ceremony the day before. Buffet breakfast every morning was amazing never disappointed.

The stay was amazing, everything from the accommodation to the food was excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially: Putri, Nopik and Wulan. The hotel also offers assistance in planning excursions and tours of the island.

Great friendly service and nice amenities. Staff were professional and rooms were large and very comfortable. The restaurant also served good food, and the massage staff were very nice. The only downside is there is no gym. Add a gym please!!! Special shout out to Yami, Indayami, Coke, and Dima who were extremely friendly and helpful

OMG i don’t know where to start first of all the the hotel stuff they are great but the rest of the hotel is absolutely disgusting we change 2 rooms and each room still was horrible mouldy dirty very dirty breakfast area also dirty the chairs were disgusting the table were disgusting very boring breakfast not much variety what is on the photos and reality is 2 different thing if I can give 0 I will the location is good but that’s it nothing else just run the opposite side if you think to book this hotel 😔I’m sorry if I offended someone but that’s is my experience and view of this place
