We stayed at this hotel from mid to late January. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and is located on the very edge of the ocean - you do not need to cross the road or take a long walk to the beach. The hotel's restaurant is also located here, so you can have Breakfast and watch the ocean. This is the city center, so all shopping centers are within walking distance. We lived in an improved room with a balcony. They clean perfectly, often change their underwear. The entire staff is responsive and always ready to solve any of Your problems. The breakfasts are excellent - everyone can choose something to their taste. During our stay, we received several sweet gifts from the hotel-fruit and candy. We recommend the hotel, we will definitely return here again.

Only stayed due to it only being 15 minutes away from the airport, but I was delighted at how lovely the hotel was. The room was slightly rundown and used but very much clean and modern. We had free soft drink in the room when we arrived and received complimentary water with room service everyday. The spa was beautiful, we got massages and a facial before spending the day laying around one of the three pools. Drinks are reasonably priced and the food was surprisingly really good considering it was hotel food. Very quite so recommend for a couple of days or for a couples retreat, kids where at the hotel but only one or two families. I wouldn't say its a family hotel, kids would have a nice time there. Also super friendly staff.

Stayed 3 nights in a deluxe pool access room, great room with huge bed great shower and lots of room.
Balcony very small and pavement around pool very uneven, but great pool lots of shade.
Breakfast was a treat lots of Indonesian choices ,even bacon
2egg stations and way to many choices.
Room service around the pool nice and cheap
Market carts out front but inside hotel was the best good old indo food at a cheap price, only thing Bintangs work out to $6 aud or 55000 rp so drank at the beach instead.
Hotel not perfect and needs some work but we are staying again in July.

This is a huge hotel i tell you. They have 3-4 pools, one of the pool directly facing kuta beach. The size of the room is good, not too small. The room’s aircon is best here. The staffs are also very attentive, they ask what they could do to ensure what we need. To re-visit i dont think so just because i need more vibrant surrounding. More to personal reasons, not merely about the place.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights with my Wife, we mentioned in our booking it was our honeys moon, we picked a deluxe double room, they put us about a ten min walk from the reception it was ridiculous.
That was my first review. The room is basic, we had a view of buildings, the pool was like a bath, too warm.
i had my food to be returned twice, I got a ham and cheese roll for my lunch and the plastic was still on the cheese, I'm not joking, i reported this to the staff and they all talked and was laughing together no even apologies.
Too many kids at the pool running around in the nude, The staff english was so bad, very over priced to stay here, i would pick somewhere different for the money you spend here,

Dear Lisa D Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you had during stay. Further to room allocation, you may request prior to arrival which my team will do their best to accommodate you. Lately in Bali, the temperature have been increasing causing the outdoor pools tend to be warmer; this affected our pools as well for which I apologize. Further to the service at the restaurant, it was unacceptable and I would have my team to review and look into this matter for a follow up. I would like to point out the body language for most Indonesian they tend to laugh whenever they feel nervous however it is not their intention to mock and I apologize if it came out as an insult. I will have my training manager to conduct a refreshed training in regards to a basic service for all the staff. I hereby appreciate every feedback you wrote above and I strive to improve our service to be better which can meet our guests' expectation. Kind regards Diah Anggraini General Manager

Hotel is in a great position. We stayed in a delux pool view room . On arrival we were given a room with twin beds and our delux pool view was actually a view of a tree out our window blocking any view of pool. This was sorted out with reception and they changed our room. We took a package with 3 dinners or lunches and two afternoon teas which they call tea time. Tea time consisted of left over mini muffin from breakfast and two vegetarian spring rolls it was editable . We choose to have dinner not lunch and we tried different things each night. The food was horrid mostly except for the chicken and corn soup. The meals are cold when u get them as the rest has no kitchen the meals are cooked up downstairs and transported up to level 2. They then proceeded to serve one course after another with no break. They have an abundance of wait staff all staring at you whilst you eat. Honestly there was never more than my husband and another table dining each time we visited. We did complain but fell on deaf ears. Honestly this place could really do well with their dining if they had training and it was run properly. The breakfast catered for Indians and would of loved to see more Indonesian dishes in the menu or some mushrooms or
Tomatoes at least. It was outside also and very hot . The staff were very pleasant. But very black and white also and not flexible with any requests outside of the normal. One of the lifts was broken for 3 days and nursing an ankle injury this was painful. Only found out after asking when lift would be fixed there was another lift I could if used . No signage anywhere on this. Also last two days they closed down one of the pools for renovations. This was not mentioned at time of booking and I thought this was very unprofessional . As I said best thing was location loved walking everywhere. Would I stay again nope. Glad I tried it though. Hope this helps .

Truntum Kuta is a great spot for holiday makers especially first timers. Location was close enough if you fell over you would be swimming in the beach or paying for your 10th handbag and shoe combo, this place is right in the heart of Kuta. Rooms were perfect for the hot weather, air conditioned, tiled floors and a good size for couples and families with 3 pools to choose from after a day of shopping and sight seeing. The hotel wifi was cranked up for our family of 20 people including children and the staff were so happy and helpful it made our stay so enjoyable. The inexpensive accommodation cost included a buffet brekkie and we also chowed down on their seafood night and returned for the Friday night sunset grill and show which was fantastic. A special mention to Yuli for looking out for our group during breakfast and dinner and the staff at reception for all their help. We all agreed that for a first time for most of us, the Truntum Kuta was a perfect spot for our group.

Was serve by Nina upon checking it. We booked 2 grand deluxe room with balcony. Nina assist us by getting us side by side room with king bed. Only 1 room was available as we came early than the check in time and by the time the next room available they send over the key card w/o us having to go back to the reception. 👍🏽

They room is big and spacious with balcony looking over the garden. They have 3 pool which we utilities it. One pool is small overlooking the beach. One is family pool which is big and another one is pool bar pool also big. We enjoy our time in the pool. Breakfast quite a spread with rice, noodle, porridge, bread, omelette etc. Having your breakfast overlooking the beach is awesome feeling. 👍🏽

Location wise is strategic. Near to shopping area and food area. Kuta Beach is just like few steps away.👍🏽

Downside is just that they maintenance works w/o prior notice. We were showering and preparing ourself to go out when the electricity and water supply was shut off. We in total darkness! Lucky we bought mineral water so we shower with it. Have to open the room and balcony door for some air and light. Due to this all our schedule was delayed. 👎🏽

We ask for late check out till 1300hrs. We were serve by Wahyuni. Even she was busy on the phone with other customer she still smile and told us to kindly wait awhile before serving us. 👍🏽

Overall stay is still good just that if they have notified us earlier about the maintenance works we could plan our itinerary better and would have give 5/5.
