Very sub standardShould have got the message when we went to reception not really interested in us. Gave us the room key and had requested a room on a higher floor but where put in a room on the bottom. The shower was thick with soap scum, the linen was stained with ? I hate to think as it didn't...

We moved here after previously staying in a hotel outside of Kuta. The location is great being right between Legian street (restaurants and nightlife) and Kuta beach. The room was clean however the bathroom was a little grubby and the sink tap didn't work so had to wash teeth and hands in shower however for the price of 325000rp it...

Room floor was dirty with hairs. Towel with a brown stain. Sheets smell bad funny. Bathroom smells really really bad. Breakfast made with no love. We ask the guy at the reception to book us a taxi to the airport, he didn't do it. The location was the only good thing

Initially my friend and I booked the cheapest room (we did not know that hot water was not available!!) and we had to upgrade after the first night. The bigger room was 10x more liveable and the service was good. Breakfast was very basic but this hotel would be ideal if you're on a budget. Pool was clean and inviting....

This hotel is much nicer than the Sandat around the corner. The pool is really nice. There is a 24 hour reception and the rooms were great. Breakfast was included and wi-fi in the public areas. We stayed in the first room which meant wi-fi also worked in our room.

I am writing this review within the context that Sandat Kuta charged USD17 for a full aircon room, double bed, mini bar, free breakfast and a decent swimming pool, and location is near Kuta Beach and Kuta downtown. Room is clean and tidy, at least on the first impression. No stains on sheets and towel, and toilet is clean. Drawers,...

One week in Bali with my wife, first 3d2n stay here. Strategic location, rooms size ~24 sq.M but the bathroom was not clean enough, especially the bathroom and there was no hot water. Mosquitoes fly in from the bathroom ventilation window. A lot of restaurants nearby, and 24 hrs mini market as well.

Stayed in this hotel in 2006 and 2007. It is located in the heart of Kuta, meaning that everything is right around the corner or at a short walking distance from the hotel. I always stayed in the ground floor standard bedrooms with air con with direct access to the swimming pool (there are cheaper bedrooms with ceiling fan, but...

Good hotel which located around Hectic kuta. the pool is clean, and we got upgrade room after the standard room is full and free. our room was in front of pool. Unfortunatelly, the air conditioner was broken (bocor) and it made slippery. The towel doesn't look like clean
