Detailed Reviews
We stayed for 2 nights. The exterior was nice. No elevator. Superior room (3rd floor) had shower only, and we upgraded to deluxe room (1st floor) to have bathtub. Bath amenities were soap and shampoo but low quality. Hot water worked well. Towel was quite old. Toilet flushed slowly, and so did the sink. The bathtub was next to the bed and the partition had little holes, so the water was leaking when we used bathtub. Refrigerator and tv were available. The bed and pillow sheets were old and smelled as it was kept quite a long time in the wardrobe. Breakfast is just so so. 1st day was simple fried noodle, and the 2nd day was sandwich. Location is good, closed to Kuta beach, and others.

Stayed here for 1 night. The allowed me to early checkin without any charge but you need to pay IDR 25K/hour for late checkout. The room was okay but lil bit dirty (Especially the bed cover & bathup).
Staff service is excellent. Great location, near Kuta beach.

Booked for 2 nights and enjoyed it. The hotel location is convenient, places of my interest are nearby. It's easy to rent a bike from reception. The room is standard with very limited amenities, even the mini fridge is not working but as I don't spend more than necessary time in the room so that was fine. It's clean and have enough light for reading at night so that's alright. TV has varieties of channels and local stall for food or drink and mini mart is nearby. Pool is warm during day time but it's good to cool down after a day ride. Breakfast is good, tasty food. For a place to stay for a short time, it's a good value.

Room had many bugs. The water from the shower head did not come out. I told the front desk and he said they were having problems, but if you wait a few minutes the water will come out. I asked if every room was like that and he said yes. Eventually the water came out BROWN. I then asked to switch rooms and was moved to a room where the water came out of the shower immediately, which means he was lying about all of the rooms having problems. Bad hotel

Location is strategic in Kuta area. Close to jalan raya kuta and walking distance to the Kuta beach. Unexpected room on 3rd floor, very poor amenities, very standard service, room was not well prepared when guest check in,. Not recommended, prefer find another hotel for next visit.

The location was pretty good, close to restaurants and close to Kuta beach.
The room was big and clean and cozy beds.
The breakfast was ok. Maybe they could offer a bit more of Western food instead lots of local food.
The swimming pool was clean.
Really close to the airport.
Good place for spend a couple of nights when you arrive from the airport or you have to go back.
Good value for the price.

Thumbs up for one reason....just for sleep.
LOCATION
Located at Jalan Blambangan, very near to Bemo Corner and start of Jalan Legian. It is short walking distance to Jalan Legian. To get to Kuta Square or Discovery Mall, a short taxi ride of 10,000rp would do
From/to airport, it is just 15mins via Tuban or a 30,000rp taxi ride.
The hotel itself is located in a block in the town area of Kuta where it is surrounded by not so interesting buildings. It is a nice small hotel but location wise, it isnt a charming location to be precise as left right front behind is surrounded (right to parking lot of a building, temple behind, front to 1 storey shops, right to a unknown bulding). IMO, Ibis Hotel at Dewi Sri will be a better choice when it comes to charmed location. All hotels in the middle of Kuta town is surrounded by not so charming buildings.
PRICE
Price is definitely very attractive For this price, can't complain much. At just 350,000 per night for a room, you can't find this elsewhere in Kuta town. In fact, 3/4 of the time in Bali is spent not in hotel. 1/4 quarter of the time is to sleep well, this hotel will do the job and for this price, it is very good price. Comparable price would be Ibis Hotel at Jalan Dewi Sri.
ROOM
Superior Room and Deluxe Room are both located on 2nd and 3rd floor. Only the Deluxe Room with pool access. I took Deluxe Room on level 2. Should have gotten Deluxe Room with pool access which is located at Level 1 (ground floor) as the balcony comes with 2 outdoor chairs and it has bigger balcony. The deluxe room on level 2 has a small balcony. Go for deluxe room with pool access. Definitely worth the extra money.
Superior Room and Deluxe Room is diferent by just a bathub and a shower. Everything else is the same.
The room has bar fridge, LCD tv, and a safe. The safe is poor state of use. Probably it is a basic safe, using it is hard. It is a 3 digit PIN and resetting it is very unconventional 4 PIN password.
BREAKFAST
The website says Indonesian, Continental or American breakfast. But it is just limited to only Noodle or Fried Rice. Honestly, it is not as good as mentioned in reviews here. I tried better ones in other small hotels. In fact, I would rate Ibis Hotel (Dewi Sri) 3 times better in breakfast. Variety, atmospher and satisfaction, all lose to Ibis Hotel (Dewi Sri). For a simple breakfast, no complains.
STAFF AND SERVICES
Receptionist is very friendly and gives professional service when you check-in, check-out and enquries such as extra room. The maintenance team is also quick in responding to room problems (taps, lighting, safe issue). There is a also a free pick up from Ngurah Rai airport. The driver was at the airport lounge with a card to receive my arrival. Thumbs up for that great service. Just need to pre-arrange after reservation, remember to confirm if it is free or chargeable.
FACILITIES
Swimming pool seems good but not big, didnt use. Bar lounge and breakfast area is the same location, no comments on the noise, as it is due to traffic in the main road. No lift, gotta walk up the stair case to the room. It is a small hotel, not to expect much but a simple stay.
SUMMARY
On a budget, this is the place. No complains.
If you do not mind staying In the middle of Kuta town "off" the attraction which is boring neighbourhood area as there isn't anything else like shops or eateries around the area, this hotel will narrow your search.

Checked in for 5 nights, ended up leaving after 2 because of no sleep due to noisy neighbours (5 lads in same room). Hotel itself was welcoming and clean but it was a little bit away from the main drag. Staff were lovely, english limited and it was difficult to express my concerns with my noisy neighbours as the staff didnt seem to understand me. The owner and his family were lovely but as a single traveller i felt isolated in this hotel so moved more central as a personal preference. I would return to suris if travelling as a couple but not as a single traveller.

Very good hotel! The rooms are modern and clean. The bed is really soft and we had a good view from our balcony. The room is big, and the bathroom is also very nice. Always hot water and that is very nice. On our last day I met the owner of the hotel. She was very nice to me and we talked a couple of minutes. When I go back to Kuta, I definitely go back to Suri's Boutique!

Hi Tgarozi,
the Breakfast at Suris is served from 7 AM to 10 AM. Its mix of local Indonesian items, exotic fruits, and regular items like bread and eggs. The play heart warming Balinese music in the background. It is really worth having breakfast there...

Hi Bharat80
Greetings from Suris Boutique Hotel
Our hotel doesn't serve pure vegetarian food, but around our hotel there are several Indian restaurants that serve vegetarian menus which are only 5 minutes away.
