Harper Kuta but its position is on Jalan Raya Legian. Order a deluxe room because the room is more spacious and you can get a sofa and carpet in the room. Harper Kuta doesn't have direct access to beach, you have to walk quite a distance to get to Kuta beach. Entering the room is quite spacious and has been given towel art even though I didn't request it. The room is clean even though there is a musty smell that is rarely used. The bathroom is also standard, the shower is just a headshower. The swimming pool is quite large and the water is clean.

Seamless check in and check out. Breakfast , Rustik bistro sphagetti n seafood platter n pizza which are good. Wifi connection is fine too. There are seafood restaurants and pubs within walking distance too. Need to head to central Bali for better massage though

I had my first stay at Harper Kuta in May this year and after a wonderful first time experience I decided to book again. Nothing has changed,reservation staff easy to deal with and provided an easy method for pre payment. Check in was simple and remembered by staff. Breakfast was great again and any requests were easily fulfilled.I hope you all enjoyed my daily offerings. Richard

Stay: 12th to 16th September 2022 Booking: via Sedunia Travels Sdn Bhd Review: Value for Money: Booked the Twin sharing Room (Pool View) through Sedunia Travels @ MYR 1,425/- which is pretty decent and totally worth it. The room is on the 5th floor and the hotel has conference rooms on the 6th floor Service Quality: Awesome. Hotel staff is accommodating in every sense of the word. Smooth check-in and very comfortable, rooms are prepared every day (not requested by us) Food & Drink: The hotel has an in house restaurant "Rustik" to have breakfast, lunch & dinner. There are lots of restaurants nearby where you one can whet their appetite. Location: Located in Kuta, one can rent a "scoopy" and go to seminyak (Potato Head) or the Rock Bar or can walk to the Hard Rock Cafe nearby. Good services, clean room but the water little bit salty, good taste and vary of menu for Breakfast, located at Legian area, near pubs, street and food market, but little bit crowded in the weekend, better walk for sight seeing, take about 10 ton15 minutes to the beach

I required a specific location for my first 4 nights in Bali. After researching and reading reviews I decided on the Harper hotel on Jalan Legian. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the reservation staff and continued from checkin to checkout. My chosen room was as I expected and no requests were too difficult during my stay. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. Due to the on going changes in the Bali quarantine system they continually kept me updated as to changes to their quarantine package. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and well maintained. It is very economically priced and represents good value.

Horrible experience. Stay here for 2 nights. Checked in at 19.00 and at 22.00 the AC started to dripped. Ask to change room but they said it was full. Shower cap was not replaced. had to ask for a new one. Ask for an additional pillow but rejected. Towel was not replaced when tidying up the room. Will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

We stayed in the Deluxe room, the room was quite big, bathroom is also not bad. Breakfast was not bad. Pool was also quite nice for a city hotel. Location is quite strategic, just on the side of busy Kuta’s road.

Overall services are excellent except for the water. I don't know if it is because of low water quality in the area or there is a problem with the drainage system but sometime it smells bad when taking shower. I can still use soap anyway.
