This is our first time staying here and I must say its a lovely hotel the staff are amazing from the moment you arrive Unfortunately we leave tomorrow we had a poolside room and its great bed is so comfortable the pool is lovely The breakfast is great but they need to give a bit of variety daily as it was mostly the same during our stay omelette And pancake station is good I am sure will stay here again also close to airport free shuttle from hotel to and from Thanks again the vira hotel

This hotel is always one of our favourite hotels when in Bali. The reason is simple; the people who take so much pride in working at the Vira. They are always very welcoming and treat you as a valued guest by taking the time to get to know you. This is evident when all members of the staff from the manager down take time out of their day to speak to you. Then there are the rooms which are situated around the pool, the room we had was a superior room on the third floor, that was spacious enough for two people with a comfortable bed. As this hotel is directly opposite the Lippo Mall this makes it easy to go shopping for the little things needed. It is also an easy walk down to the beach for a drink or to see a Bali sunset. The food in house was good as well with plenty to choose from, including a new addition of a Taco and Burger van on the property which tasted great. It is also easy to get a taxi to go into Kuta, Legian or Seminyak for some further shopping or to go to the many restaurants or Warungs. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.…

We are regulars at The Vira, we absolutely love it here from gorgeous Dewi on the front desk as well as all the beautiful Smiling faces who greet you anytime and who can’t do enough to help you to RinRin and Leah and all the lovely restaurant staff in the restaurant the service is Awesome !!! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is spot on…the food is delicious, lots of choices, fresh and well presented….This Hotel is unique and boutique and definately our go to when passing through Bali…

Gorgeous Hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is great and afternoon teas a bonuses. The room was clean and cleaned daily. We loved the spa, gym and pool onsite. We stayed in a Deluxe pool access room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The position was great for us as we moved around each day using Grab.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely and very helpful staff. Rooms are well kept. Beds are somewhat comfortable. Breakfast is average. Some amazing food and some not so. Overall. Would definitely stay again. Quieter end of Kuta. Poolside room is definitely a must. Walk out your room to the pool chairs pillows and right near the restaurant.

Excellent staff , excellent service and ever helpful with smiles so typical of Balinese hospitality.
We entered a very dimly lit hotel. First impression bad . Brighter lobby with Christmas music and decor would have enhanced our holiday mood for sure . The Management has to review every aspect of safety especially those virtually unsafe steep stairs almost everywhere from the moment you enter and leave the hotel . One fatal accident is enough to keep the guests away from this beautifully located and well managed hotel . My senior lawyer friend almost had a serious injury when he slipped at the split level steep stairs at the WAGA Coffee House . He slipped again at the steep stairs adjacent to the toilet for WAGA. One serious or fatal accident is enough to keep the guests away from this beautifully located and well managed hotel . They have excellent staff who are willing to do anything outside their scope of duty to help any guests . We have to mention particularly Melina and Dewy at Reception and Lia at WAGA for being so helpful to make our Christmas Holidays a memorable one with their excellent, willing and smiling service . They definitely deserve special commendation. Didn’t get to see the GM or Senior Managers or Executives mingle with the guests like in other hotels ! Guess they are busy with their routine office work . The furniture for the guests at the lobby is probably one of the most uncomfortable ones we have ever set in any similar hotel. The repeated breakfast menu though good can be changed with better options . The rooms are kept very clean with excellent service from the house keeping staff. They are there in a jiffy to attend to us if we needed them . They are well trained ! Would I come to stay in Vira Boutique Hotel again in Bali ! Yes off course without any doubt !…

We had a lovely short stay at the Vira Bali as we came in on a late flight and didn’t want to go too far from the airport. Rooms were clean and air con worked really well. We had a poolside room so we could walk straight out to the pool. Breakfast was lovey and a good selection. We also had dinner the 2nd night and the Nasi goreng was wonderful. A big thank you to the hotel driver Nyoman we highly recommend him. He took us on a drive to the south of the island to the temple, coffee/tea tasting and Blue Point Bay and we had a wonderful afternoon. We can’t recommend him enough he looked after us so well. My mother is 70yrs and he made sure she didn’t have to walk too far etc and had water available as the afternoon went on.
