Nice hotel with a very good room. The bed was comfortable, and all the room was clean, specially the bathroom. The people was great as well. we didnt eat the breackfast in the hotel, but they prepared us a breadfast box

Breakfast needs improving- food is cold, no whole fruits available, only one type of sliced fruit available per day. Ready made tea and coffee is awful. Crockery is chipped. Cockroaches walking on the plates. Layout of breakfast does not make sense. We did not have a decent cup of tea throughout the trip. Rooms needs attention linen and towels are all old. Basin chipped, mildew buildup. They place flowers on the bed which is nice but creates a lot of insects. Some lights don’t work. GM and management not available during peak times to meet guests. Towels and linen are extremely old Would not recommend, rather pay more and stay in an upper class and cleaner hotel. The accommodation here does put a damper on the vacation. Travel agents are advised not to book. Pros Water and amenities replaced everyday Nice staff…

The strategic location makes it very easy for me to go anywhere, the staff are also friendly and very helpful when guests have trouble. The quality of the room is comparable to the price I paid. There is a rooftop pool and the view is even better at night.

It was a great experience. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. I wanted to try surfing so I asked about it to the front desk. They called a surfing instructor so that I could go right away and enjoyed surfing. I asked about taxi and its cost and time to the front desk. They were all helpful.

Excellent stay. Staff here was really helpful. Bayu and Kia helped us to know places , they will help you to rent a two wheeler and also to get transport to travel nearby places. Ensure to book this place well in advance. Overall good vibe and good place to stay . You can travel to back street to do some shopping as well.
