We arrived here very late at night after a delayed flight from New Zealand. We were greeted by a very friendly man at reception who spoke good English and was able to give us all the information we needed. The room was clean and tidy with good air con and plenty of water available. The next morning there was a large choice of hot and cold breakfasts served with a smile for a very reasonable price.

Booked for two rooms at 14 - 15 April for my family. There is no connecting Room, but they made it near to each other. Thanks for that. Room was clean, cold and cozy. Location is perfectly near airport and near to place to eat. There is swimming pool which is quite good and pretty. This hotel is above our expectation indeed. Overall really recommended hotel.

This is such a great hotel . I arrived in Bali and didn’t know where to stay so I decided to find something close to the airport . Then I realized this was an amazing place; well located,, the food is great, rooms are so clean and the staff it’s so welcoming. Specially thanks to wisna, winds and shania,,, they were so helpful. I also took such an amazing workshop of how to learn to do tipak . It was great!!!! I ended up by extending one more night as this place was very convenient

The perfect stop after a long flight This hotel is everything you need after a long flight, it’s right next to the airport. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. It has an amazing bar an restaurant that isn’t overly expensive but more importantly it has an on site spa. After 42 hours of travailing this was just what we needed, the rooms are comfortable and stocked with all you need. I would highly recommend using the spa it was like all the travelling disappeared after our treatments. Not to sure what else I can say other than you will be doing yourself a favour stopping here the night you arrive in Bali

Excellent stopover for airport. On a busy road but reasonably quiet. Price/quality ratio is excellent. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful and their restaurant is charming. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and pillows and bathroom has all necessary amenities with large shower. I highly rate this for a quick stopover.

My partner and I booked this as we flew in at midnight and needed somewhere close to stay for the night. The 24-hour staff and security made checking in super easy, comfortable and safe. The staff serving us asked if we had just landed and if there was anything we needed which was very kind and reassuring. The staff were amazing and super welcoming, they even helped with getting sim cards. They were always polite, greeting us hello and goodbye etc, always caring for our needs. The rooms were super clean, and neat, and included free filtered water and additional water to purchase. This was especially helpful due to our late arrival. Upon arrival, we were instructed on accessing the wifi. The room also came with a universal power point. The bathroom was very clean and stocked and the shower pressure was great. Though we didn't book breakfast, we purchased it in the morning and it was delicious and super affordable, around $5 AUD. The portion sizes were very large too. The whole facility is absolutely beautiful and it is super central, also a short walk from a Circle K. Another factor I noticed is how soundproof and quiet the rooms are. When walking back to my room another guest had their door open and was talking on the phone, when I entered my room I couldn't hear a thing. Considering the price and the quality of service and staff, amenities and cleanliness, I definitely recommend staying here if you need a hotel in Kuta, or even if you have a late arrival and need somewhere close to stay. My experience here was such a positive start to my holiday in Bali, definitely will be staying here again!! …

Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was warm and had good water pressure. There was nice outdoor area with pool for swimming. Good food in the restaurant and they also serve proper meals (not the usual buffet food) for breakfast. Thanks to Ayu, Yung and Ilham who were very helpful with everything.

The staff are fabulous, best massage I've had in the spa on site. Nice restaurant and pool. Close to the airport, ideal for adeal for a short stay as you transit in and out of Bali. Clean and well sized room, comfortable bed.

5-star-service and facilities! Comfortable beddings, nice bathroom and great pool. Most importantly the staff were all very lovely. I arrived way too early for check-in and they immediately prepared my room and went out of their way to find me (I was waiting by the cafe/pool) to let me know my room number. Security staff also very polite and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you for an amazing stay!!
