The Grand Kumala off Double 6 is one of the older, established hotels in Legian. I stayed in a basic suite with two single beds and a tiny bathroom. THE POSITIVES- Inexpensive -it was only $37.50 per night per room by the pool. This included breakfast. Location - only 200m from Legian Beach and very quiet. There were lots of...

For 35k a night (approx $35Au) this is a great find. The rooms are big with verandas or balconies - perfect for cocktail hour. Breakfast is included - basic buffet of fruit, toast, eggs, cereal and coffee. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner - great if you can't be bothered going out, although there are many restaurants nearby. The...

While the decor might be out dated, the place itself is quite laid back and lovely, with true Indonesian decor. The rooms are clean and quite large, with large bathrooms. Breakfast is reasonably basic but all we really needed. For the price, this place is fantastic. It is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach,...

Great place to stay for a reasonable price! Good breakfast, beautiful grounds, decent clean rooms, and very close to beach. I would definitely recommend it! Very pleasant staff and a great clean pool.

Room was clean, location is good, breakfast was decent, there are 2 pools and both of them looked clean. Staff is friendly. It's a bit pricey, but compared to the other hotels in this area it's one of the cheapest. We stayed for 2 nights and as the title says "It's ok".

Have stayed about ten times, when I first arrived room was musty as must have been locked up but on opening up ok. A few things not right, shower not spraying but new rose connected next morning. Apart from a few minor issues a great place to stay, friendly staff who have been at hotel for years and great value for...

We've been staying in hotel in Legian for the last 10 yrs & I can vouch that this one of the best small hotels in Bali. It's in Jn Werkudara near Double 6. Staff are fantastic they'll do anything for you. Must admit it must improve but for AUD50.00 a nite I can't complain. Free B'fast & you can have...

This has been one of my fav Bali hotels and we have stayed here on numerous occasions. Great location just off Jalan Double 6, older Bali style hotel with room options for most budgets and a family suite. Lovely gardens, 2 pools and a basic but adequate breakfast and a short stroll to the beach. However, several things left me...

I must admit that when I saw this place (photos mainly) on booking.com and trip advisor, it looked pretty average and I wasn't overly excited. I am so happy I stayed here. It is nice and quiet, very clean and has a traditional Balinese feel to it unlike you get from a big resort chain. Everyone that works here is...

I always tries to stay in Kumala when I go to Bali because I do not like to stay in lousy area like Kuta or center or Legian. Kumala is a place for your if you wish to stay in reasonable, quiet Balinese hotel in Seminyak area. Pro -Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk to double six beach. (La Plancha...
