We have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I have booked 4 months before than I stay but unfortunately they allocated our both room in separate places. Even they have lot of rooms empty. I have send email but they did not care. Finally they allocated both rooms besides but it’s so far from they restaurant and lobby even we have an infant. I have requested for airport pickup but they denied and said they have lot of pick up and busy they can not pick us. I have checked in 9.00 pm. I requested for late check in until 4.00 pm and they allow us only for 1.00 pm. I am giving the review not because bad things happen with me but I am giving the review with my honesty and for the guest who want to stay later to better understand about this hotel. For us we feel this is a school than a hotel. Lots of rules we have to follow here. Even if we lost the room slippers we have to pay 25,000 IDR. If we go swimming pool we have bring a card to collect towel. If we could not bring card they will not give us towel even we have room keys and our name list is hanging towel station. Here one thing I observed that most of the guests are seniors citizen and I see them to sleep early. At 10.00 pm to hotel is most quiet. Outside lights so less that difficult to find way at night. I feel so scary even my wife as well. The restaurant closed at 11.00 pm. I called restaurant at 11.20 pm for water to make milk for my baby but no one pick call. Then I called front desk, they said me restaurant closed so can not provide any water. I said I need to make milk for my baby, still they said can not give. I said I will pay please give me at least 2 ltr water but they said sorry can not. Even they can send any staff to bring water from outside that I pay for but unfortunately they did not any help and I have to go outside shop to buy water. At night it was so scary and difficult for me to back my room. Breakfast menu was breads, fruits, rice but nothing was there to eat with rice. Not enough to eat actually. Nobody smiles here. All the day AC on but still sweating. The day check out 12.00 pm any call from front desk to my room and asking to check out immediately. I said I talk to your another staff and she allowed me check out at 1.00 pm. They front desk reply me sorry as per rules you have to check out now, maximum I can allow 12.30 pm. They I said I am preparing but need time till 1.00 pm. Then she was asking name that who allowed it. Then I said name , then she reply I will check with her and call back to you. But she did not call back. We left hotel 1.00 pm. We are looking for taxi, but that day taxi was bit difficult to find and we have to go airports soon. Front desk just check one time then they don’t care about us. Then we going outside to find taxi but gate security help us to find taxi. So far I feel here staff’s always are in pressure. They could not smile also, here problem is management, they treat us not guests but they treat us the students of their hotel school. Even the location is in Kuta, but think twice to stay here with family or friends! Best regards Masud Rana. Room no: 122 and 123.

Despite 20+ trips, after Covid we were nervous about returning to Bali. The Kuta Puri did not disappoint!!!! Of all my trips, this was my absolute favourite room. We stayed in the Bungalows which were gorgeous and immaculately cleaned! The staff were super friendly and the hotel grounds very well maintained! We will definitely be back!

Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a four poster best and mosquito net.Beautiful property in the heart of Kuta on Poppies 1. Poppies 1 felt a bit derelict this year…. The markets beneath Kutabex and the convenience stores all boarded up. Breakfast was ok…not as much variety as usual. Service with a smile. Pools lovely. Pool bar great.

Just back from a fantastic weeks stay in Kuta Puri Bungalows! Having been to Kuta on a number of occasions I had viewed this hotel and said I would give it a try on my next visit to Bali. The hotel is one of the original Kuta hotels so it’s built in the style of a Balinese Garden so it’s very nice and peaceful even though in the centre of Kuta, the gardens are immaculate and maintained daily by the Gardeners and make the hotel a lovely place to be. The pool area is in the middle of the complex which consists of 2 pools one of which has a fantastic pool bar where drinks and food can be ordered to have poolside or whilst sitting in the pool!! The pool area is also a lovely place to just chill out with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and shades. The staff at this hotel are fabulous, everyone is so friendly and they all work hard to make your stay very enjoyable. The reception area is open and welcoming and the staff there are so helpful. The hotel uses keys with room number tags on them which they encourage you to to leave at reception whenever you are off the property which for security is a good idea and also means you get to know the reception staff during your stay. I stayed in a Luxury Bungalow which was just by the pool and it was huge! Lovely sleeping area with sitting area and a 4 poster bed with mosquito net round it. There is a dressing room with wardrobes, fridge and very easy to use electronic safe. The bathroom is semi outdoor with the shower being the only completely outdoor facility. It is very private so no worries about privacy. You do just need to always remember to lock the bathroom door when you leave the bungalow for it to be fully secure however it’s simple enough to do so by just always leaving the key in the door. But security is not an issue at this hotel and you always feel the place is safe and secure. Housekeeping made the room up every day and replace the 2 bottles of water and always provide fresh clean towels. I honestly could not fault this hotel for its staff, facilities and accommodation it is to a very high standard and well worth the money. This hotel always comes up at a cheap price compared to others but I can assure you it’s worth more than the cheap prices you find for a stay here. I would also recommend checking out the hotel website to book direct as I got a fabulous deal on the bungalow with breakfast which was pay on arrival and free cancellation. The restaurant is ok, a bit more expensive for a beer than other places nearby. Breakfast is ok, it’s nothing special however if your just looking for a start to the day there is plenty of Cereal, toast, coffee, juices. A fresh egg station is also an option and the kitchen will make you some other cooked items on request. So overall if your looking at these reviews because you have found a cheap price for this hotel which is 50 yards from the beach in the main area of Kuta then honestly book it with no worries cause you will have a fabulous stay in Kuta Puri. One of the best hotels you will find in Kuta.

Grounds are nice, placed us as far away from everything as they could, pools were clean and rooms serviced everyday. Breakfast was a little on the bland side. Very close to kuta beach. But too many sellers hanging around, annoying everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at Kuta Puri for two weeks. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful with any request we made. The rooms were clean and linen & towels changed on a daily basis. There was a large selection of foods at a tasty breakfast which made the start for the day enjoyable. The grounds we well maintained, which made it easy to relax. We will return to this beautiful paradise.

Checked in late @ midnight with no issues, only stayed for 1 night as a solo traveler before hopping up to Ubud, and Kuta Puri has some of the best hospitality in Bali I have encountered! Staff is plentiful and there is always someone to help. Love how there are 2 pools with ample seating, a swim-up bar, and lots of ground to walk around & explore. Pretty easy to find even down a smaller street, lots of restaurants & ATM's nearby, and close to the beach. Amazing value for this hotel! Will recommend this place to anyone on somewhat of a budget.

Just got back from a week holiday at kuta puri staying a deluxe pool bungalow. everything was pretty good and it was worth spending the extra $40AUD a night to have our own little pool. the place is looking a little tired but the staff are trying to get it back to where it was. food at the resaurant was pretty good. great to be in the heart of the action hwoever still have some nice grass and grounds. the best bit is its just a short walk of around 100 metres to the beach and the action or up the other way on poppies to all the shopping you could desire. recommended definitely
