We spent 3 nights at this place when we arrived in Bali in November 2012. We pay an average of 100,000 Rupies per night with my partner, including breakfast. Quite hot at night, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this is it. Don't expect fancy hotel. People are nice, good service. It is all well not...

Rooms were an average size but very very basic, no bath towels or toilet roll, had to provide our own. Bed were OK with limited bedding. Bathroom was not great, toilet seat broken and a non existent shower, just a basin to stand in with a shower head which never had hot water. Quite run down rooms but livable, only...

I book this hotel 1 week before. They said OK and I ask if I need to transfer money to make sure the room is available but they said It isn't necessary. Then I came at 14.00, the room is not ready. I have to wait for another 4 hours. They provide a dirty room to wait. I do complaint...

Komala Indah Family are all time my favorite whenever I come to Kuta, Bali. Actually there are variations of Komala Indah (I, II, II Homestay, Sunset, and so on) managed by Balinese family if I'm not wrong. I'm not sure which komala indah is mentioned here, but I've stayed at several Komala Indahs. I is the most popular one, and...

Just a quick addition to point out that prices vary in Bali depending on the season. You'll pay more in June and July (dry season) and less in January and February (wet season). This accounts for the range of prices people are quoting here. I would not dream of paying 140,000 rupiah for a double room in the wet season....

I've stayed here in 2008 and the in 2010 and the price hasn't changed much. From my experience it seems to be one of the cheapest places you can stay in Kuta, around 5 AUD a night for a basic room with a toilet, shower and fan. It's a 10 minute walk from Bounty and the other clubs and is...

I stayed there for like 2 weeks and it was really great, near the beach, really cheap (like around 10$ for 2, 15$ for 3)... The room is not too small, single beds (not so comfy but...ok for the price) Breakfast is cool: toasts stuffed with bananas or jam... served with small tea or coffee... You meet nice people, ambiance...
