Absolutely terrible. We arrived tired after a long trip and after checking in we took a quick look around before taking a quick nap. It wasn't until after that we realised that the toilet was completely broken and detached from the wall. When we tried to flush, the whole bathroom flooded. Also the lock on the front door of the apartment was broken, so we couldn't lock it. This is other than all the random broken glass, peeled off paint, and general shabbiness of the room. When we told the staff about the bathroom and the lock, they said that there was nothing they could do because it was the day before Nyepi and all the other villas are full. I understand they couldn't fix it because of Nyepi, but they should have NEVER checked us in to a villa in that state. It's extremely unprofessional and unhygienic, especially since they knew we'd be stuck in the room for 2 days for Nyepi. It was absolutely unacceptable, and we will never be staying here again.…

The so called villa is overhyped and not able to provide basic services such as clean pool, room and shower area. Also, the front desk isn’t able to communicate in English. I could have chosen a better deal and place over this.

Worst villa experience! The reviews seem good but it is not. The villa is unkept and dirty. We couldnt stay for more than an hour in the villa and had to look for another hotel immediately. The toilet is not clean and the shower head has mound. The kitchen is dusty and unkept. The pool looks dirty. And worst of all there were left over drinks in the fridge - it must be from the previous guests which they even bother to check and clear out. That was the last straw for us. We didn’t take pictures as evidence because we were too busy looking for another hotel upon arrival.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Asuri Villas. The place could not have been any cleaner and the service could not have been any better. Every morning we woke up with breakfast all included cooked by our own personal chefs - it was always delicious and we could choose what time we wanted them to come and cook. They even turned at 6am to bring us breakfast before our day trip to Nusa Penida. Everyone around the Villa was so kind and helpful; special shout out to Ketut! The guy took great care of us and helped me organise drivers, restaurant bookings and gave me the inside goss on where to go and what to do. Not to mention the rooms were nice and huge. They had everything we needed such as, fast WIFI, kitchen, large bath tub and shower, own pool and chairs, fridge, microwave. The place was Awesome!!! My girlfriend and I will be back to Bali just to stay here again...…

The vills is a nit hidden away on s narrow sidestreet. Wery peaceful and quiet. Perfedt for the first night after your flight. The breakfast is preared by the staff at your villa so it us really fresh and warm. The pool is nise and we sleot like logs. Very good service at the check in and out.

Pros: We had a private pool villa which was fantastic. They had it all decorated for our honeymoon. Room was great. Cons: *Hotel is a little far from other excursions which required us to travel a lot ultimately being tired. *Also, breakfast service and timings were not realistic and didn’t have much choice to eat either. *Considering it is a tourist destination, hotel staff could be better with their language barrier. Couldn’t understand anything we asked for. Huge disappointment. ** most likely won’t be back at this specific hotel**

Me and my husband booked this villa last minute after we cancelled our villa in Ubud, thinking that we just want to stay somewhere near kuta and quiet, rather than have to do 2hrs drive to Ubud,and we found an amazing deals with Asuri Villa. We were reluctant at first to book it after reading some reviews about this villa, but I'm glad that we decided to ignore it and book it anyway. And, wow! The villa having everything we needed. The pool, the comfy bed, the great service, the quiet area. Its everything we need to relax after a hectic week we had! Yes, the place is secluded but if you download the app called GRAB or GOJEK, you'll find it very easy finding transport to go around kuta/legian/seminyak area or if you're too lazy to go out, just order in! This villa is just beautiful. The only thing probably maintenance on the aircon, because we had to switch villa as the other room's aircon wasn't working and the villa gets too hot, thankfully, the receptionist lady happy to accommodate us to another available villa! And probably get more choices for tv channel! They also offers breakfast freshly cook in your own kitchen villa. Me and my husband didn't get the breakfast because we woke up around midday everyday when we were there, so we don't really need breakfast, but I'm pretty sure the breakfast will be amazing anyway! Overalls, this villa is great if you want to stay somewhere quiet but still be able to go to central kuta and seminyak easily. Great for honeymooners or even couples who just wants to stay in all day. Thank you Asuri villa, we will be back xx…

Love the peaceful place. Reception staff was so helpful especially subratha he taken care of us for everything which we requested. Private pool and ambience of the villa and resort is awesome. Highly recommended place.

Very nice and peaceful villa to stay in Bali kuta. They got very unique way of serving breakfast, so they ask what breakfast you are having at night and the timing then in morning one of the house keeping will come and cook for you. Also you’ll get you own plunge pool which is opposite to your bed and we had very memorable stayed so thank you !!!

Stayed a week at asuri villas we were more then happy with the service provided, staff were all so lovely and helpful, always attended to us as soon as we asked for anything. Free breakfast was always on time and always delicious. Rooms cleaned every day and to a very high standard. Everything was perfect but had a little bit of issues with the wifi dropping out every now and then but staff always fixed it when asked. Would definitely return to this villa
