Pictures doesn’t show the real situation. Wouldn’t even give 1 out of 5. The place is just the mess, staff rather rude than unfriendly. I checked in on 4th June 2019. The bedding hasn’t even been changed after previous guest. Bins were full with rubbish, hairs everywhere. When I asked at the reception (we’ll front desk) to change dirty bedding as I had was “tomorrow”. I was like WTF (sorry I’ve no got another words for that)....I had to sleep on a chair cos I couldn’t sleep on dirty bed. Bathroom was full with cockroaches. I’ve booked three nights from 4th till 7th. It was just a nightmare in disgust. Just I hadn’t any other option, and had to stay all three nights there. Never ever even think about goin that place with kids, I might b dangerous due to hygienic issues . I don’t know how they call breakfast what they serve. Woman at backyard making those awful toasts in greedy thing .

Great location in central of kuta with affordable price, close to almost everywhere, 5 minutes walk to surfing point at kuta beach. Surrounded by local restaurant and shops, starbucks & burger king are pretty close too, they all inside beachwalk mall which is few steps from the hotel. Definitely will come back again! NB: If you need a scooter, you can ask staff at counter. Scooter rent price about $6-8 per day

This is a very cheap hotel to stay at in Central Kuta. We stayed here out of convenience a few times, but it is pretty dingy! The rooms are run down and not very clean- the toilet/drain has a bad smell and the towels seem ancient! The good things are the location and that there is a pool. The staff are generally grumpy and seem annoyed that you are there. If you don't mind the negatives, you can stay here for around $8 a night!

We stayed there 3 days include on NYE 2017. It was really nice as it's near the Kuta Beach (we can go there only by foot!). There's also a wide space to park our rent car. In front of it there's a 24/7 mini-market, so it's easier for us to buy something urgently. Beside of it there are some restaurants with delicious yet cheap foods and beverages. There are also many shops near it with a cheap price products. That was a really good holidays indeed! We are longing to make another trip again to Bali soon and will choose to stay here again anyway, no doubt!
