This hotel is hidden in a small alley in Nusa Dua (right next to Mulia resort). It’s a quiet hotel full of greenery. Frangipani trees can be seen everywhere while walking in the hotel. Every morning, guests can hear birds chirping in a happy tone which is rarely heard in cities. Each room is spacious and has a bathtub. It’s a great joy to have a bath in the room after one day’s promenade along Nusa Dua beach. BTW it’s only 10 mins’ walk away from beach. And guests can also take free shuttle to Nusa Dua beach. The canteen is by the pool side. Breakfast is ordered a la carte. I tried their lunch menu and it was of high quality. Since there’re not so many restaurants nearby, I recommend you try their lunch/dinner as well. Hotel manager Lanang was of great help when I had some issues with booking. He caters well to customers’ needs. Lanang’s service is the most memorable highlight of my trip to Bali this time. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. It’s beyond my expectation both in room facility and service.…
I would have loved to give this place a 5 star rating because the staff is amazingly nice and polite and helpful and there at any time if we needed anything. But the room we had was not sich a nice place. The room itself is an average hotel room, nothing spectacular even the picture try to get credits with the bathtub… When we came into the room we had a wet floor in the bathroom what Leads us to find out where it’s coming from. By inspecting the fittings we found lots of dirty and messy corners like moldy silicone joints, rusty shampoo dispenser, poorly filled cracks in the walls and mold on the ceiling. We had the chance to talk to the general manager and reacted very surprised and open for our feedback. What happens then was kind of a helpless action to make the best out of the situation: while we spent our day at the pool, the staff had been in our room although we had the sign „do not disturb“ in the door and tried to fix our complaints. What they did is a cover of the cover by putting new white silicone joints over the old moldy ones. So for the first moment we have been surprised and it looked and smelled like deep cleaned with chlorine but in reality it was the fresh silicone that smelled so hard and made the stay in this room even worse. I don’t know how the other rooms look like but fact is the room we had (821) really needs maintenance otherwise the price for a night of 88€ is to high compared to the other places we have been all over Bali.…
The villa located in a deep part of Nusa Dua, surrounded with trees and quiet neighborhood. A good place to relax with family and friends. Room is clean and well accommodated. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this to everyone who wants some quiet and relaxing holiday, and steer away from the busy city life.
We stay 5 days in this magnificent villa, the moment we arrived in this villa, we feel so overwhelmed! Even we arrived midnight, the hotel staff manage to welcome us with refreshing drinks! Breakfast is good and we did enjoy our breakfast by the pool! Room is big and clean! Everything is perfect!
Our stay at La Berceuse was such an enjoyable one. The staff here provides great service and are very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Bisma, Adi, Arbar and Yogi for such excellent service. The rooms here are beautiful and comfortable too. La Berceuse management had done a great job in hiring and training their staff.
We stayed at La Berceuse during our trip to Nusa dua and it was a true hidden gem to relax and disconnect. The staff was kind and always ready to help and we really enjoyed chilling in our swimming pool after exploring the area. internet works great and the breakfast was good and with several options available. We loved the stay and hope to be back on our next holiday
Honeymoon & 1st time at Bali We would love to take this opportunity to thank every staff here whom are outstanding at service and always at their very best in providing us the best staycation at Bali.. Special thanks to brother Yogi and sister Dewi
We had a perfect stay at La Berceuse Resort. The room was clean, confortable and very well equipped. The staff is very nice and caring (especially Dewi, who is the kindest person we ever met). Our return flight was in the evening, the resort was full so we had to leave the room at noon. But the manager was very understanding and allowed us to leave our luggages at the resort and offered us fresh towels and water before our flight.
Lovely gardens, staff and room. If you are a gardener or just enjoy lush gardens, this place is for you! The room and ensuite were great. The restaurant food was very good. The staff all through the resort were just lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. PS don't be put off by the road at the entrance to the driveway!
I love LOVED my stay at La Berceuse - the hotel is just wonderful - the staff great - the deluxe room was so spacious and wonderful to chill in when the Bali sun got too fierce for me! The pool is also a wonderful oasis of calm and the beach is a short walk or free shuttle ride away...and so easy to arrange the staff to pick you up - it was all so easy and this was my first port of entry into Bali and I am going to come back before I fly out as it is just perfect and close enough to the airport without seeing a plane and close enough to amazing beaches and places to eat (including it's own restaurant!). I also a booked a massage in their Spa - and highly recommend you book a few when you visit! Really recommend La Berceuse and thank you to the team - you are wonderful!
