Our stay at Marriott Vacation Club Nusa Dua Garden has been wonderful. The facilities are great for family with little kids like us. Our 2BR apartment was equipped with washing machine & dishwasher and all the kitchen appliances that you can think of (microwave, blender, toaster, smart rice cooker, even cofee maker). Their services & hospitality was perfect and always got better by year. All of their staff are excellent and very helpful. Thank you Debo, Mini, Jeremy, Adelle & Queen for such an excellent service and for always being ready to assist us during our stay. Our special thanks to Chiyo who kindly arrange flower bouquet for us and to Christian, who in his off days assist us in securing our requests and preference. Thank you for making our vacation super perfect.

Hotel's Favourite
Arrived in the resort past 9pm from our Ubud stay, and was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel and its upkeep. We were greeted by the most friendly night manager, Mini, at the front desk. She immediately made us feel very much at home. This was something that we came to look forward to every time we came back to the hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite which was actually a 1-bedroom suite connected to a studio unit (which also had its own kitchenette). The rooms were very clean, linens all white and freshly laundered. Kitchen appliances (also had a dishwasher in the 1-bedroom suite) and cooking implements are all complete. Washing machine/dryer included too. Cleaning is supposedly done only when you request it, as implemented for covid protocols. And yet they cleaned daily. All staff members are polite and all readily extend a helping hand, from the night managers, room attendants, security and duty manager. Mini, Harry, Chandra, Suza, Adi and Julie. The Marriott Nusa Dua was just awesome. The service was prompt and friendly, the place was super clean and the rooms super good. We stayed Xmas Eve and enjoyed the Xmas Eve buffet plus the Xmas day brunch. Both buffets had a great selection of foods and we definitely didn’t leave with empty tummy’s.

Stayed here with my husband & toddler baby kn their 1 bedroom. Christian (from front desk) is very very kind & help me a lotttt during my stay. Actually all other staff also exteremely polite & helpful. Thumb up. Room is really good for family. There’s stove & washing machine+dryer (my favorite!!). They also provide cutlery and detergent to wash clothes & plates. Very complete. Swimming pool is big & spacious. You can use Courtyard pool as well. But MVC water pool is somehow warmer than the Courtyard loll. Breakfast will be at Momo Cafe (at Courtyard). The food selection is good. I love their bread selection. Most of it are very delicious. They provide shuttle bus to Nusa dua beach. There’s alot of food selection within walking distance from the hotel. Be mind Nusa Dua is quiter than Kuta or Seminyak so there’s not much crowd here But overall I have very good stay here & hope can come back again in the future.…

We stayed here for 8 nights and we had an amazing time. This was our second stay here and a few things have changed from the pre-covid stay. Room was nice and clean, all staff be it check-in(Front-desk), housekeeping, restaurant staff or concierge staff they were all amazing and a special thanks to each one of them for making our stay as comfortable as possible. Great location nice and quite. Very relaxing and peaceful. If you are looking to be away from the hustle and bustle this is the place to be. Firstly check in staff Ariawan was so lovely and helpful and made the check in process very smooth. Special thanks to Eka from reservation, Ariawan (Front-desk) and house keeping staff who ensured that we had a clean room on our return. These staff ensured we have a great stay. The one thing that they can improve on was the buffet breakfast which felt repetitive. The other thing that was a put off was the fruit fly on the fresh fruit station. Dinner menu is a big let down and it was very quite not the usual rush hour at dinner. Management could work on their breakfast and dinner menu. Introduce buffet dinner night or at least have some entertainment at dinner like how some of the other hotels have in the area. The only other complain was the mosquitoes they don’t spare you especially around the pool area /Momo cafe ; and its such a shame as they have such a nice pool area but due to the mosquitoes it cant be enjoyed as much as one would like.…

Stayed at the property for 4 nights, definitely is one of the smallest vacation clubs but cozy. We especially want to highlight that our stay was exceptionally nice due to Natasha at the Concierge. Natasha was super helpful in suggesting fun places to visit, helped with bookings and overall was really nice to talk to!

My “All Best” Experience!!! Pros Kids Room - Well equipped with regular cleaning schedule to ensure young kids have a safe environment to play with. Resort staff - Friendly and loving while greeting Swimming pool - Good for kids especially the lazy pool. Floats are available for usage Cons Super screwed up arrangement between Sales Pitch booking and Operations. I was booking for Anniversary celebration and nothing done. Booked specifically requesting for pool access and was told it’s being arranged but ended up on the level 2 of the building. Out of the world Check in and Check out timing Check in 4pm (with request of early check in and accepted but nothing done, we got our room at almost 4:45pm-5pm!) Check out 10am (without request of late check out) - upon request latest check-out time is at 11am *Might be due to long hours of cleaning and sanitising the room Mosquitos! The mosquitos are terrible within the resort. They are at every corner you can think of and suck your blood like you have killed someone in their family. It is not like 1-2 mosquitos attacking, it comes in a swarm of well trained mosquitos to drain your blood. At Momo cafe where the breakfast place is, while eating my breakfast I was also feeding the mosquitos their breakfast and I stopped going after just 1 morning. If you think insect repellent will work, don’t try. Sales Package Only after I bought the package and was told by the sales if I don’t attend i would need to pay the full price. Wonderful. Room service In the 4 days of the stay, there wasn’t any done.…

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in September 2022 and would highly recommend it. The food in the restaurants is really nice, the rooms are clean, spacious and well fitted. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The highlight for us was the staff, who go above and beyond to help you and ensure you have a good stay. I’d particularly like to mention Evan, who was helping us book trips and restaurants before we even arrived, and was really helpful throughout our stay. I lost my phone during the trip and all of the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it. I’d say the only drawback (no fault of the Marriott) is that Nusa Dua is fairly quiet, so you’d only stay here for a relaxing trip. That being said, we did lots of trips during the week and had a great time before we headed off to Seminyak for a more lively atmosphere.…

This place is simply magic! The staff make it they are superb, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Wide Yudi, Nila, Teddi, Puspa and Ardi will make your stay memorable. Wonderful place. The cocktails are delightful but the atmosphere is what you're after ... pure magic.
