We had a great experience in Nusa Dua, Bali. We stayed in Courtyard Nusa Dua for two nights. Hotel facilities and all staffs were friendly although we are local tourist. The room that we stay, however, was not good enough for the five-stars hotel standard. The hot water was not warm enough, and the TV was not clear.
I loved our stay at Courtyard. Not only was the staff so attentive but they ensured that everything would meet our expectations. We had a small issue with the view of the room which was quickly resolved by the reception once we posed our concerns. That showed how the staff does everything to meet the needs of the customer :) The breakfast is very complete, providing great options for continental, american and asian palates. The restaurants do not have many options to eat but the food is great. The only downside was the beach club. It was small. Both swimming pools (Courtyard and Marriott) are great. The rooms are clean and comfy.
We stay 7 day melia hotel is very good .staf friendly .Had an amazing every saterday night at the Latino fiesta at the Sateria restaurant in Melia Bali resort. Food buffet was spectacular, and service from Basma and was nothing short of amazing. Friendliest service ever experienced! Music and Dj was highly enjoyable, and fun to watch! Highly recommend! Big and well-furnished rooms and spacious bathrooms. Rooms though good, requires much improvement and upgrades like larger TVs and a more modern touch. Huge pool covering a large area, super clean. Lots of greenery and beautiful landscape. All staff amazing and super friendly. Hotel area very spacious, clean and green. Lots of cafes and restaurants just across the hotel including very cheap rental of motor bikes and scooters
Great place for family on vacation. The pools are exceptional with different varieties as guests can also use Marriot's pool which has a warm whirlpool and lazy river pool. The Beach Club is also a huge plus in terms of location, cleanliness and facilities. Sellers are well organized and didn't push guests to buy their souvenirs or massage service. The room is clean and wide enough for a family with a child. Breakfast was good with enough varieties. Would be a 5 star review if we didn't experience delayed check in. More than 90 minutes to get our room ready while we're checking in at normal time 2pm. My wife was not feeling well and to wait that long in the lobby really makes it worse. We were left feeling ignored while waiting as we only got offered small glass of welcome drink. A good gesture coming from the duty manager pak Ade Yana who waive our Extra Bed & breakfast charge for our kid as a compensation. Overall we do feel happy with the hotel.…

This hotel was fantastic. The food and drinks availability is faultless. The staff are so friendly and caring. Any concerns raised was dealt with immediately. My thanks go to the following people who made our stay extra special. The top chef Budi. What amazing guy. The food produce by his staff in the kitchen was amazing. Receptionist Mita. We lost our baggage on the plane. This person helped us so much. I can't thank her enough. Finally. Our housekeeper. Novita. Anything you needed. Not a problem. Always smiling. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Miss Dwi (if I’m not forgetting her name) I met her at the front office, she’s very nice! The garden, the pool, everything was amazing! My kids love this place & said want to back here again next time.
I love this hotel start from the main entrance, the checkin process was quick. Ive got upgrade to premium deluxe. And we amazed when we arrived we has special welcoming card bcs its been 2 years we not visit this hotel. For the breakfast still good, you can order alacarte also. Because at this situasion they didnt serve all complete buffet menu. The staff was really taking care of us. Thanks courtyard!
Coming as a day pass visitor (IDR 200,000/4pax) As a day pass visitor, you will allowed to swim (at day pas pool area) and get food and drink (affordable; even cheap price fr my perspective) The place is good for taking picture but the mosquito is a massive threat. I swam from 4pm and got more than 10 bites and finish after an hour and trying to get out as soon as possible as the mosquito is a massive threat for the visitor. Not sure if I want to going back here for a day pass visitor or as the guest of the hotel However, staff is very welcome and helpful.
