We stayed for 9 days in Renaissance Nusa Dua. We had problem with toilet flush during our stay but the manager on duty Irenna taking her time and did extra miles to keep checking on us everyday during our stay. She is really the treasure in the hotel, very helpful and friendly,even on our last day before leaving the hotel she helped me and my friends to contact our transportation too

I am short of words on how to describe this experience. I went with my two boys to get away and have a quick 5 day trip filled with adventure that Bali has to offer. Little did I realise that the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua will make all of us feel like rockstars. Genuinely warm, I have so many people to thanks for this including Srinadi who helped us check-in and set the high standard on hospitality. And then of course - Irene - who is eh head of loyalty, who spared no effort to ensure we get the best of Tanah Liat - their plant based restaurant - that dishes our amazing veg food to Rbar thay served some incredible high tea with some of the best scones, cakes, strawberries and a medley of other snacks. Thanks Yunita for treating us so well at Rbar. I have promised to return with my wife and kids again this year itself. Much recommended to all and especially - Marriott Bonvoy members. …

wonderful exerience! there are many activities in resort. every facilities are so clean and beautiful and all staffs are so kind and friendly. Especially Mr. Astika, I learned from him to play with a traditional instrument in Bali. he is a really nice guy. He always smiling and so kind. he makes me happy. and Mr. Sastra, the bell boy. He met me by chance and helped me carry my luggage without my request. He helped me not to have to line up queue when I checked out because I was pregnant. I'm so touched. thank you very much!

Have been having a wonderful experience at Backstage theatre during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The managers and the chef are wonderful. Manager Yogi, Manager David, Chef Artawa and their team are amazing! The service is great 👏 and the food is delicious 😋 The best service we have had ever at a resort restaurant!

We are staying at MVC terrace Nusa Dua Bali. Backstage Chef Artawa and his team prepare fresh excellent meals. Backstage manager David and his staff make the experience pleasurable. We are here for a week and have breakfast everyday, lunch and dinner on some days. Food is exceptional. Chef Artawa and manager David stop by everyday and check on us. We have been having a wonderful time. Breakfast dishes: Avo toast, Bebek Benedict and Balinese Bruschetta are delicious. Lunch/Dinner: Loved Nori taco, Gindara fish and Pork ribs.

My experience staying at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua was extraordinary. The room decor and style was amazing, I love the concept of open bathroom however they do provide curtain if you need privacy from the bedroom. The Resort itself is OUTSTANDING and ambience very romantic! It is rooted in classical design, with a touch of sophistication and distinctiveness. Thank you Neny at Front Office for the wonderful hospitality and memorable experience. Every time I stay in Nusa Dua, I will stay here again!

This resort is quite new and it is certainly a big one which shares some of the facilities with the Marriott Vacation Club right next. I’d like to say thanks to Tiko, one of the Duty Managers, for his excellent, personalised, above-the-top service during my stay. Other than Tiko, the Recreation/Activites Manager was particularly friendly. There was also a Japanese-Balinese girl working at the front desk - I guess that’s why there are quite some Japanese guests here. With the impressive ocean view and the many pools, this is one of best mid-priced resorts in Nusa Dua.

A lovely 5 night getaway at a beautiful resort. Outstanding staff with special shout out to Hendri at the atomic bar who after two days off remembered our names and favourite drinks. Staff at the spa very accommodating and flexible when I needed to change things last minute. My one recommendation would be to add a stop on the free shuttle at the local convenience store.
