Hilton Bali Resort was the perfect place for us to spend a much needed downtime vacation. The staff is so kind and accommodating, with smiles at every corner. From the late night arrival, with Yoga helping us with our bags to our room, to the front desk, concierge, housekeeping staff and waitstaff and pool staff and grounds maintenance and cleaning team…we loved everyone and their hard work made our stay amazing. We were making this stay extra special with the romantic dinner to celebrate a belated 20th anniversary, and the chef Wayan was so kind and came to meet us, and especially our waiter Sukrawan (apologize for any misspelling!) made the evening extra special, even taking a fantastic video for us of our arrival at the dinner. So friendly and such excellent service. We also enjoyed our photo shoot with Kemal. He was so kind and patient with us as we had never done a photo shoot before and even though it was hot and we were sweaty he managed to take so many great shots for us and we have some beautiful pictures to remember this special trip and our special year. Thanks also to Ria who helped us with our photo package from Dream Studio. We splurged on a few nights at the 1 bedroom Villa and it was AMAZING and if we could have afforded it we would have stayed the entire 10 days there. Really, any of the executive rooms are totally worth it because not only are they nice, but you also get access to the executive lounge and the staff there also are top notch and the drinks that are included during happy hour are good and strong and the snacks served at the same time are also delicious and pretty filling (which is difficult if you fill up on that before dinner at any of the restaurants!). We didn’t try out the executive lounge breakfast because the buffet at the Grain was SO AMAZING and HUGE, like the biggest we’ve ever seen with options were used to (American style like eggs and waffles, pancakes etc.) to Indian dosas and idli and Turkish food to Indonesian and other Asian options, just SO MUCH, it was hard to pick, but we were glad we stayed a while to be able to try a lot of it. The lounge staff Ningsih, Olta, Bagus, Suka, Rustini were very fantastic. They were were efficient, attentive and always had a nice smile when they approached us and every other guests in the lounge. In fact all the staff at Nusa Dua lounge have been wonderful! This is our 3rd evening at Hilton Bali Nusa Dua and we have enjoyed every moment here. The lounge, activity staff, cultural activity staff, reception, housekeeping are fabulous. Location gorgeous. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to bali. Staff are excellent, hotel is gorgeous. Executive Lounge service is great especially the interns(Siska & Resty)but I noticed the food selection to be limited to mostly vegetarian dish. I would have love to see cheese, cold cuts and a little bit of meat besides the foie gras.

Room was perfectly clean, and amenities were fine luxury. Staffs were helpful yet informative, couldn’t remember all of them but i would love to give some shoutout to Irvan, Riky, Yoga in front office to executed a great arrival experience. And thanks Agnes the GRO for a nice pre-arrival arrangement. Room was also bigger than what I expected. It has spacious balcony facing pool side and you can even see the ocean accross your room if you stay in the cliff tower.

Good Thanksgiving stay. Check in wasn't great. We were promised adjoining rooms, but somehow one was given away. The office seemed really confused on how it happened and how to correct it. Several hours passed. Finally, one room was upgraded but on a different floor. The rooms were great. Just note you can't drink the tap water. The breakfast buffet was great and extremely expansive. Multiple pools. Poolside dining was great. The closest offsite dining is about 10 minutes away. A key downside is beach access, which is very limited due to construction. Not the most restful when a huge ditch digger comes between you and the ocean. I did get a kick out of the nightly spider monkey invasion. Seeing them scale down the 10-story hotel was amazing. We had a lovely stay at the Hilton! The buffet breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and great quality, varied, healthy options, extensive sweets, juices, Asian, Indian, western sections. One of the best buffets we’ve had. We have a nut/sesame allergy child and there was no shortage of things for him to eat! Pools were fabulous, staff lovely and the family room had plenty of space for a family of 4 (6 and 9 year old children) husband is 6”4 and he had a very comfortable sleep on the king bed. Complementary mineral water, with an extra stock up in afternoon/evening. Great view from balcony, including a visit from monkeys! We also did some photos with Dream Studio and were very happy with the pictures taken, our photographer Ona was very professional (despite some grouchy family members) and we got some beautiful pictures! Santi and Eka were very lovely and professional going over the photos with us - highly recommend Dream Studio and the Hilton!…
