Filthy filthy filthy. Management were happy for us to check out a week earlier than planned having asked repeatedly for grounds to be cleaned up. Not a place for your children on the beach. All sorts of discarded debris all around. Just all pushed into the corners of the hotel. Beach utterly disgusting. More like zero stars … makes a mockery of star ratings. More likely to pick up an injury on the beach standing on rubbish than find a shell. Get a tetanus before you go. It took days to travel from the UK but left after only 3 days instead of staying 10. Bali has a big problem with debris out the sea but there is absolutely no attempt to clear it up here. Disgusting …. Hotel itself inside ok & staff very nice but nobody dealing with this. Lots of weddings with even more rubbish left on grasss areas & never cleaned up properly. Photos of outside area are not up to date. Looks like large clean beach but it’s not. No adult areas at all .…
The beach is absolutely disgusting. Rubbish everywhere. Not just debris out the ocean but all over the beach & garden sides. Not only is it like a rubbish tip it’s dangerous. Bottles , glass & general debris left by hotel & not cleaned up. Not safe for kids. Spoke to managers several times but nothing done. Piles of rubbish on the gardens sides too. Dirty & dangerous. Not suitable for couples since no quiet area. Kids in all pools which is lovely for them but nowhere quiet to go as a couple … except the beach. Photos completely misleading. It’s not like that at all. Booked in for 10 days but left after 3. Hotel must get a grip on this.
This is my third time coming to this hotel, first and second was OK and this third time we're really2 dissapointed and won't ever come back to this hotel, here's why -they'll charge you 25,000 rupiah for wanting extra ice on drinks we ordered. -they'll charge you 25,000 rupiah delivery service to the room for wanting to borrow spoon in our room (funny right?) I guess no other hotel will charge you this kind of service. -if you want to order food from gojek, please forget this hotel, because gojek is not allowed to enter lobby, and you have to go to the security in front of the hotel, which is so far2 away, even kempinski allowed gojek to go to lobby. -they don't even provide free water at the pool like kempinski, sofitel, westin, conrad, everything at this hotel will be charged I don't know whether this hotel is under new management or not, sorry this time you lose a loyal customer, bye hilton…
The dirtiest place to live and the worst treatment from the staff because they do not know anything. I do not advise anyone to live in it because the place is old and the rooms are filthy. I received the bed room, there are stains on it, the bathroom is dirty, there are fungi in the room, it is scratched, and there is dust all over the room
This is the first time stay in Hilton Bali Nusa Dua with family, the staff was friendly, room was well designed. I booked for 2 deluxe rooms but they gave me upgrade room to ocean view with free, the hotel resort is big and ocean view is spectacular with private beach. Very comfortable to stay at this hotel, at the back of the beach we had an camel riding experience also. Family are very happy and I am definetely will go back to Hilton again. Highly recommended to stay there.
This is the worst 5 start i have ever visited. Terrible service. They say there was no food service at night and the room service is terrible. They say even cigarette finished at 11pm??? Like how are they wven 5 star. Hilton needs be 1star hote in bali nusa dua
The hotel has direct access to beach with full facilities like a typical 5 ⭐️ hotels (swimming pool, gym,etc). The room is clean with decent space, however, the aircon is leaking. The check in process was smooth and the staff was very kind. However, one thing caught me by surprise is this hotel apply charges if you ask for plates, glasses and cutleries to be delivered to the room. It’s very shocking to me, because I have never experienced such thing as great hotels would typically provide this as part of the service. It’s definitely an interesting experience, and I will seriously consider many times before staying in this hotel again.
First and last time. I'm Hilton Honors Diamond, as well Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite and Club Accor ( Sofitel Fairmont , Raffles ) Platinum... Never I felt so mistreated as much as the MOD ( when I tried to talk with him, he said " when I finish to have Diner I'll be with you") like the GM , because after I spoke with him about " all the probems " I had like for ex. ants in my room, I request 3 times to put something indeed, like the terrible condition of the Gym ( not only is all but with rust in the equipments and without towels of sanitation ) and the Lounges ( not enough chairs ) I had to comeback twice because it was a lot of peoples... Restaurant ,only one kind of Bread.. The GM offer me in " Compensation of my bad experience " less of $ 1.00 ( exactly 80 Cents) lower in the Hilton.com fares... for my Futures Stay...…
You can see a beach and also a mountain on the north side. once you step foot at the lobby you will immediately sight the beautiful ocean view. The resort is located on a cliff which makes the view more beautiful. I was grateful with the staff on the check in desk. She helped printing our airline booking tickets whiles busy with the group check-in.
Nice private beach, varieties of breakfast item (a lot of yoghurt flavors), gorgeous beach view. They have swimming pool game activities that involving guests(surfing board game, pool-basketball game). Average room facilities, w/a standard amenities.
