Wonderful resort true Bali feel with fantastic customer service and the best bed and pillows I have ever had. Fantastic location right on Nusa Dua beach and 5 minute stroll from Bali Collection. Yes the beach is tidal so at times swimming is out of the question but don't fret the water comes back in and its a lovely waste... More

Warmest greetings from the Melia Bali! Dear 251 matthewn, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent holiday experience at the Melia Bali. Nusa Dua area is a great area to get away from the masses while still being able to enjoy great dining and sightseeing. We appreciate you taking notice of our staff's "Passion for Service". They... The staff were great, trying their best to do what they could. HOWEVER, the room smelled of mould, everything was very dated, I am 1.9cm and i did not fit into the shower. I had to bend when having a shower, there was no water pressure just a trickle of water. The menu at all the hotels restaurants is the... More

Having just returned from the Melia, I can honestly say that we didn't want to leave. There are no words to describe the beauty of the grounds and buildings. The Staff are such beautiful people and do everything possible to ensure your time at the Melia is perfect. We stayed in a Family Room for the first week and moved... More

We were booked in a standard room but had to upgrade to a family room because it was too small (we have 2 young kids with us). The family room was double-storey - 2 single beds on the lower level and a king-sized bed on the upper floor. There was a toilet on the lower floor but only one bathroom... More

I came and stay because i had to attend my bestfriend's wedding party. They celebrated the after party in Bali and chose Melia as the venue. Me and my friends got a very nice room, cozy and even better with bed canopy. We enjoyed our stay there because we just need to take steps to the venue downstairs at the... More

This is a good hotel to stay in if you want a relaxing time, the rooms are comfortable and air conditioned, the staff are wonderful and always willing to help, the position of this hotel is handy for the beach and the local sopping centres, bars, resteraunts etc, this is our first time in Bali and it seemed like we... There is no doubt about the effort put in maintaining the gardens, ponds, pool and beach; it is obvious to the eye. Sadly, the same cannot be said of the rooms. Since most of the fixtures are wood, the decay is starting to show; not surprising for a 29-year old property. I arrived during the "rainy" season and yet temperatures... More

I arrived to experience the lovely city of Bali and its beautiful beaches after a 40 hours of hectic flying. As I got into the room, the humidity and heat were almost the same as outside. I tried to lie on the bed assuming the AC might not have been on so I switched it on again and tried to... More

Stayed there for 5 days and we found the staff so accomodating and cheerful with everyone greeting you along the hallways. The beach, pool and the gardens are well maintained. The place however is a little far from the main city n shopping areas. But all in all, i am thinking of bringing my family here for our next vacation.

Hotel grounds and facilities are well maintained. Staff was courteous and responsive. However my room look 'dated'. Air-conditioning was not cold enough (the weather was hot) even at maximum. I suspect the compressors were not strong enough. Bathroom floor gets wet after every shower. Hotel located near convention center (walking distance) and to Bali Connection (shopping and restaurants).
