We paid extra for a suite with level access and it was more than worth the extra money. All of the staff in the level lounge were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our suite was well maintained,we had a small issue with a light switch on the first night which was rectified straightaway....

Stayed here in July 2015 and found the access lagoon suites worth their money! Staff where more than helpful and enjoyed the breakfasts choices and various restaurant options the hotel provided. We ate on the deck most nights by the beach and the only fault is the lack of good wine on the wine list and what was there was...

Initial room provided aircon was not functioning, asked to wait for 1hr plus and still not working. Eventually transferred to another room, relatively newer building and better room near the beach. However felt that the room was so enclosed despite the moderately functioning aircon, lit of moisture trapped inside and the feeling of small bugs/insects hanging around. The food though...

I am not a resort type person so I will not go back. Having said that the hotel for those that like resort hotels is very good. Buffet breakfast was very good and there was always plenty of food even though there were approximately 1000 guests. I normally went at about 1000 and it was quiet. The morning I left...
