Great value for money. Friendly service. Large rooms with bar fridge. Loved the full breakfast. Beautiful pool with bar service. Will stay again. Gardens are being prepared for the G20 Summit this October.
Hotel's first impression I think its all started from the lobby and reception. Lobby all wet and sliperry. Reception staff were awful. I asked for twin bed, they gave me room keycard with double bed. When I complained, they actually didn't know what to do. Then they upgrade our room with twin bed. They gave us fruit basket for compliment. Problem solved? BIG NO! Our AC can't turn off. Balcony's lamp can't turn on. Then the epic situation come, there's a frog in our room. We would never stay at this hotel anymore
I fell in love with this hotel, and so will you... Originally intended to stay for only one night, however I ended up staying for five nights! I was in love with the room, the natural beauty, the food, and the list goes on. It was just oh so good! Besides the brilliant amenities, Mercure Bali Nusa Dua has the best customer service experience I felt in a long time, and it just goes to show that the best relationship between a hotel and its guests is felt from the heart. Incredibly beautiful rooms, with an amazing comfortable bed, excellent shower experience to relax your mind (top quality and smells so good soaps, shower gels and shampoos makes the shower experience even more blissful). And that's not all, the room also comes with tea coffee making facilities including decaf coffee. How thoughtful they are! A recommended feature of the hotel, is the amazing private beach that you can visit with the hotel's buggy during selected times. Go for a swim, take amazing photos, and even enjoy fresh coconut drink on the beach, and you will experience a fascinating holiday. Or if you like to chillax at the hotel itself, the Gitgit Bar and adjacent first class swimming pool is an absolute standout. Breakfast and lunch at the Soka Restaurant is highly recommended. They have simple yet tasty food to tantalise your tastebuds, and are famous for their pizzas too btw. I can't even stop talking about this hotel. Shout outs to everyone especially to my favourite employee Dek Sri for her amazing heartfelt service. Amazing hospitality and excellent service by Ibu Manies Arianti goes to show that she produces great team members. Particularly Putri who is extra patient and diligent when handling guests. Also to Mira and Ardin who are a blessing to the hotel. Thank you to Suparta, Donny, Satya, Septi, Agus, Nelly, Lina and all at Soka Restaurant for producing excellent service and represents the hotel very well. Sorry can’t give a perfect star. Hotel is actually not bad. Went here for lebaran, and overall experience was just OK. Room was not bad, but you can only get 2 complimentary water a day. If you want extra water, there will be additional costs. After checked in at around 9-10pm, I found out that there’s an extra bed I did not request for in my room. I checked with the reception, they actually offered to take out the extra bed, but it was too late and we were tired, so I requested to take the extra bed out the next day. But, the extra bed was still there until the day we checked out. Room was not really clean, either. We found some dirts and a used wet tissue under the extra bed. Anw, food was OK, not so many choices but not bad.
This hotel was designed very well and I always happy stayed in this hotel in the past. This standard services has been gone. I feel unhappy in my last 4 days stayed, if I didn't pay in advanced, surely I already moved to another hotel. For examples: 1. Refrigerator in my room is not working 2. One light bulb in my room is not working 3. The lift button and one lift are still not working since almost 3 years ago. 4. Grass in some area in the garden has not been cut. 5. I read an advertising about the bicycle rental in drop off area. When I called and informed that I want to reserve, the receptionist told me: no problem, you can come tomorrow morning. When I came to the receptionist in the next morning, the bicycle is not ready. 6. I did swim one day at 6:45 PM. I was asking for help to turn on the pool light. The answer was: the light was not working so I have to swam in the dark. After many years stay in this hotel, I know how is Mercure Nusa Dua services standard. Now it already gone. I do not think that I will stay there anymore.…
This was our first visit and tje experinces were not good. 1. Our first day was fine until the room was cleaned by hotel. They took the AC remote without notification during check in or notification on the day that split AC cannot used. They said it was hotel policy and we are not informed! The room very hot and central aircon was not cool enough. 2. Breakfast only chicken, no beef nor fish. 3. Restaurant only serving breakfast. There was no room service until 30 apr.
I have stayed here for 5 days in Jan-2022. Due to Covid tourist were less but their Service was very good and up to the mark. Very confirmable stay at Mercure. Very clean room, good food, beautiful location.
This hotel has very good building and garden. From the main gate to the lobby, we will see a beautiful garden. I have stayed in this hotel many times in the last 10 years. The staff in front office, concierge and restaurant are very kind and helpful. Breakfast menu consider good enough. But I was bit surprised when I enter my floor and room. I look that the corridor and bed room floor are dirty. I want to complained but I canceled it since I found the cleaning service staff are very busy and I remember that in the lobby I heard another customer complained that she already waiting for too long. So I mopped my room floor by my self. I guess that maybe management try to minimise the man power during this difficult time. In the morning I saw staffs (not gardener) were working together to clean the garden. Suggestion: 1. Please do not compromised with the room and corridor cleanliness during this covid time. 2. Please put some waste bins and sign board to remind the visitor to not throw the waste in the parking area. I saw several drivers clean up their car but since they can not find the waste bins, they just throw away the waste to the grass. 3. Lift button. I remember that this already broken since my last visit on 2019. Anyway, I still like this hotel and I will come back here on my next Bali visit. …
We had our first international convention here and it was a blast. Our attendees were really happy about the outcome. This place is at the heart of Nusa Dua. A walking distance from the beach, the shops and everything else in between. Our rooms were spacious nd comfortable and super clean. Maintained by housekeepers everyday. The staff were gracious and really friendly. Everything was perfect from breakfast, to the garden area and of course, the location. It tends to be quite humid though since the lobby and breakfast room isn't airconditioned.
My stay at this hotel is magnifique. I love the area. All the staff are great and helpful.we had a romantic room. The hotel provide shuttle to the hotel's beach.The breakfast was excellence.The only bad feedback, the humidity of the room. The noise from the hallway.
