It was a happy trip. The room was also very spacious and clean. I especially liked the swimming pool. There I met a lifeguard named Ardika, who was very friendly and made me happy. i want com again.

I learned workout wit her. It was great experience and I felt like muscle bigger. She taught me systemically. I learn how to workout chest and shoulder during 45min. It sometimes crucial but after the session I felt refreshed.

This hotel does not seem to be informing guests that the middle part of the oasis pool is undergoing maintenance and so unable to use. Not relaxing having workmen around and noisy. As this was the main reason for booking this hotel - to have use of a quieter pool area than the main resort not happy at all. At the very least they should put a warning on their web page/face book so people have the opportunity to cancel and go elsewhere.

We stayed at the Mulia Suites for 7 nights on our first trip to Bali. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The staff, from the moment we arrived were fabulous and a big thank you to our Butlers Agus and Debi for looking after us so well. The Housekeeping staff and all the staff in the lounge were just fantastic. We ate at all the restaurants, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful breakfasts and the afternoon teas and drinks in the Lounge every afternoon. We stayed in an Earl beachfront suite on the 6th floor and the views were just beautiful. The Suites are very spacious and our every need was catered for and the addition of a hot tub on the balcony was very welcome. We would certainly give The Mulia Suites a 6 star rating!!!

We just arrived having been looking forward to the stay for a year. We booked The Mulia because of the beautiful Oasis Pool. Now we were heavily disappointed. The site is under heavy construction and the room has a gutter smell. When we complained we just received a smile and nothing. Nobody is interested!

Fabulous hotel absolutely fantastic staff they made us feel very welcome. The room was extraordinary beautifuly maintained and very spacious. The breakfast was unbelievable and catered for every palate especially the Japanese. Looking forward to returning next year which is an absolute must.

We had an incredible holiday at the Mulia. The staff are absolutely exceptional… to name a few - Adi, Yogi & Debi always went above and beyond. The food was great!
