My partner and I only visited this resort and went for a little tour, so I'm unsure of the actual service. It is a fair drive from Kuta. But if you wanted something quiet and out of the way this is the place for you. It has amazing spectacular views. And a pool to die for. The people were lovely...

The menu has changed since we were there last year. The opening of Sunset Restaurant is a great addition. The food was great. Alrhough staff has to be educated on food items on the menu and preparation. I ordered the mixed seafood stir-fry, it came as a stew. Especially since I asked the waitress if it was stew of normal...

We have been members here for 4 years now and have been able to see all the new changes and upgrades they have done to the property. We upgraded last year to the Penthouse which is out of this world!! You could not ask for anything more, it even has it's own Jacuzzi on the balcony. It is massive and...

Reading the last two reviews I would like to add my perspective. My family have been members at Peninsula Bay for the last three years. We are heading back there for two weeks in January. I love the place. The rooms are massive and you could not ask for anything better. The staff are amazing and keep in touch with...

This is a follow up to Amrita K.'s review. So sad we had to end our vacation like this. The details of our stay: very uncomfortable beds my back hurt every morning. We had to wake up at 6:30 am and when we called to ask if the terrible karaoke at the pool could be turned down so that we...

This place is deceiving because the pictures are beautiful. First, it's hard to get around from the hotel because it located down a long street of residential homes, so unless you plan on staying at the resort your entire trip in beautiful Bali getting around will be annoying. once you get to the main road it's easy to find a...

This resort is situated right on the beach with a magnificent swimming pool where you can swim up to the bar. There are other smaller pools scattered around the large property. The rooms are magnificent a few different types to choose to stay. Our room looked over the large pool and had a separate large bedroom, kitchen, big open eating...

My partner I have just returned from a beautiful week at the Peninsula Bay Resort on the Benoa Peninsula in Bali. It is a new property with superbly appointed and very large suites. The pool area, bars and restaurants are first class. Staff were very friendly. Very hard to find faults with this property.
