My stay at Club Med Bali was amazing! The bar service is great and very fast. They serve food from a variety of different cultures. The best experience for me, as a 16-year-old, was the Club Med Teenagers Club with Matthew and Vanny as my G.O (Group Organizer). While some might think that the Teenagers Club is more like daycare, it's not. It's a group made for teenagers to meet people and enjoy their stay at Club Med. Matthew and Vanny are very friendly, funny, and charming people. They did an amazing job hosting the Teenagers Club and made it enjoyable for everyone! As a teenager, I would highly recommend this resort to every family looking for a great family vacation! Enjoy!

This was my first trip I have taken to an all inclusive resort, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but boy oh boy what an exceptional time I had. Upon arrival my family and I were greeted by GO David, who led us through the resort and showed us all the facilities and activities we could access while on site, we immediately felt warmly welcomed to the start of our holiday. We were then showed to our room which was everything that it needed to be, as we ended up only spending time there to sleep. After a long day travelling we were starving, and as it was close to dinner time, we decided to wash up and get ready for dinner. We arrived on a Saturday, which was a white dress themed garden dinner, which I must say exceeded all expectations tenfold as to the level and quality of food that was on offer. The buffet items were AMAZING, I absolutely loved the idea of a fine dining plated buffet, where you could choose to load up your plate true buffet style or pick plated dishes from each of the stations. Along with the sensational food, the acrobatic GOs performed a magical show which really topped off the experience. The next day after breakfast (which was amazing) we took our 5 year old son up to kids club, to which we were nervous as he can be a little clingy and shy. After registration, we were greeted by GO Aji, who made our son immediately feel comfortable and excited to begin the days activities with the other GOs and other children. We were exhausted from the previous day so thought we would relax by the pool before exploring the facilities, at around 11, an announcement came over a loudspeaker and a chiseled fitness instructor appeared for the daily water aerobics session, which was so much fun and gave us the opportunity to mingle with some of the guests in quite a unique way. After the surprise exercise session and then a bit of kayaking, it was time for lunch (amazing again). We did not have to pick up our son to join us, as he went with kids club for lunch, which was a nice touch. I could keep writing this review to include every days experiences as it is a joy to relive it in my mind, but I will instead outline some of the things that made the stay special for me. The bar staff made it their mission to learn the names my myself and my family, and genuinely made us feel like we were part of their crew. Special shout of to Neoman, Brent and Rosie, who were upon some of the nicest and warm people I have ever met, but not to discount the others as they too were fantastic. I loved that the kids were included in the nightly entertainment, putting on stage shows for the adults right before the daily party kicked off. No two days were the same, with thoughtful events throughout the day and evening to really keep the magic going. GO Oka who I met briefly on day 2, remembered me on day 4 and joined my wife and I for lunch, where we had fantastic conversation, and then again in the bar at night. Our stay was filled with whatever we wanted, whether that be to nurse our hangovers by the pool all day, hit the gym or try one of the many other inclusive activities, or drink all day at the bar. The addition of an Al a carte restaurant was fantastic too. We tried the zen pool, which was beautiful and relaxed but we were drawn back to the main pool area most of the time as there was such a warm energy with the other guests and GOs all being together and having an equally amazing time. My last night there, I partied and danced and drank way too much, but I had the best time. The GM Yoan seemed to never sleep as he was always there until the end of the party, and then at the breakfast buffet greeting guests. The energy that Yoan had was infectious and I did shots with him and partied personally with him on my last night there until I don’t even remember going to bed. The thing that really made my whole trip were the GOs, who were like celebrities by the end of the trip and made me feel like I was a part of their family. I will genuinely miss all of them and I only hope that it is the same crew when I absolutely 100% go back there as soon as I can. If you are hesitant about going to Club Med Nusa Dua, don’t be. We have been to other Club Meds in Phuket, Cherating Beach, Cancun and Bora Bora (before it closed) and this was our first time visiting Club Med Bali. We stayed 7 nights. The resort grounds and activities are in excellent condition, and the Club Med experience of daily program, music, circus, events and theatre shows each evening (including one put on by the kids doing Mini Club) is fun and unique. The adults only Zen pool allows time away from the noisier family oriented main pool area. Club Med Bali certainly has everything needed for a perfect family vacation, whether you choose to participate in the many activities on offer, or simply relax and indulge in the all-inclusive food and beverages from breakfast until 2am!

We booked this resort for a week family holiday simply because it's the closest Club Med to home, and we have never been to Bali. However it turned out a great experience that we didn't expect. The resort is located in a nice exclusive beach area with five star hotels around, very friendly staffs, excellent service, beautiful large village with so many activities you can enjoy, from kids to adults, land to water sports, and even yoga class... The Zen pool for adults is so nice to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We can't stop writing without mentioning about the food and drinks. It's amazing with so many different variety and type of quality cuisines and drink. We were missing it when we were on our flight back home...

This was our second trip to Club Med Bali, it was a fabulous experience. The shows, the activities, the food and accommodation were all incredible, but most of all it was the fantastic team of GO’s who made our holiday extra special. There are too many to mention, but in particular big shout out to Ujang who taught the kids sports in the day and the adults how to crazy sign in the evening and became a family friend in the process. Also to Sylvia for the amazing cocktails and to Guillaume, the new chief who hit the ground running with the most spectacular white party. Can’t wait to see you all again soon!

The service and the people are wonderful there, especially the caretakers Vanny and Matthew who kept myself and my friend not only safe but entertained! Expect beautiful experiences, photos and meals throughout your whole stay as this is the bare minimum Club Med Bali has to offer. And of course extremely comfortable and well maintained facilities and accomodation are presented in Club Med Bali.

Club Med Bali has to be one of the greatest experiences I have had in my life, and most certainly my most enjoyable holiday. I went with a friend of mine, and for the first few days we enjoyed all of the activities such as badminton, tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, table tennis, etc. All of the activities are a must try and I think you will get the best out of club med Bali by doing everything that you get the opportunity to do. My friend and I are teenagers and we went to the Teens Club due to the recommendation of another boy we met there who we later became great friends with. At the teens club there were two G.O's (names of staff) who's names were Vanny and Mattthew. Matthew and Vanny were really cool, and they know exactly how to deal with a large group of annoying teenagers. I would like to say that my friends and Matthew became good friends during the holiday, and we agreed that we must meet again some day. To conclude, I would 100% recommend going to club med Bali, and if you do make the excellent decision to come, you have to have to have to try the teens club or mini club for children, and if you come as an adult, you should strive to do all the activities put onto your plate. I would like to personally thank Emmanuel, Matthew, Vanny, Keenan, Mario, Doni and many more who I could not talk to longer for making my stay so much better. …

The resort needs renovating. Our room had a broken door, towel hooks fell off, drain cover was loose. Balcony is dangerous if you have young children as it’s not high and can easily be climbed. The cot they provide is so so old with no mattress, just folded/stained blankets. I’m not a fan of letting my baby sleep with multiple blankets for obvious reasons. SIDS risk. Our Queen bed was just 2 singles pushed together, so that’s fun. The room was dirty, under the bed was gross 🤮. You can imagine. Can’t get dinner before 6:45pm… super annoying if your child is normally asleep by 7pm. No room service. It was honestly disappointing for how much you pay. Definitely isn’t 5 star. I’d say 3 star. You ask for a non-smoking room but your direct neighbours and the people downstairs can smoke all day long… it’s gross to smell it in your room if you don’t smoke. The air conditioning is just a ‘fan’ level. Low/medium/high, you can’t adjust the temperature at all, so either take light sheets for Bub or a 3.5tog. Hot or freezing is the order of the day! Their ‘store’ is also really overpriced. I needed a swim nappy and it was $10 for 1. I won’t be rushing back. The kids club is great and they do put in a lot of effort for the kids activities etc. The food is average. Some nights your forced to have a ‘garden/pool side’ dinner. It’s a lovely idea but you end up getting a ‘GO’ talking over the microphone for wayyyy too long in English and French. It’s just not how I want to spend dinner tbh. The talking just goes on and on and on. The outdoors are lovely, grounds are beautiful etc but that doesn’t make a great trip. …

Club Med was an unforgettable experience in the best way possible. As two young female solo travellers we felt so safe and well looked after by all the staff and fellow guests. We stayed 9 nights and could have stayed 90 more we just did not want to leave! We are already planning our next visit to club med Bali as we are just not ready for it to be over! Special mention to Keenan, Jul/Zul and Jordan for making our visit so unforgettable - such amazing and fun people who we will never forget <3
