Probably the best hotel for families in Bali!!! We have booked a higher-level room and even got an additional upgrade!!! The front desk is amazing and of course, when you arrive and they are super friendly and give you some additional good news, your stay is enhanced immediately! We came quite early (much earlier than the usual check in time), they escorted us to the kids club to wait a bit and the room was ready shortly after that. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the maintenance is superb. The buggies are available fast! Ade and George were very friendly and helpful! The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable! The beach was very clean and did not have so much seaweed (unlike other hotels) The most important thing was the staff of the hotel- they knew our whole family's names and greeted us constantly! We told Enno and Angel that our kids are not so easy on the food and they created a personal printed-out quest which needs to be completed (food-related) and at the end of the stay they got a present! My kids were so touched and happy! Further Sovi was answering all the various questions we had and was super friendly! The two ladies Ari and Nopi at the kids club were amazing with kids and they enjoyed their time alot! Made the cook from the resto was also very friendly, serving us with various delicates! In many hotels the staff is friendly and nice, but in Ritz, we really felt that they were sincere and different! Amazing management, to keep them so motivated during these difficult times for tourism!!! Unforgettable moments! My full recommendation!!!

Staying at The Ritz Carlton hotel is a very pleasant thing, being able to feel very satisfying comfort, both when checking in to being delivered to the room, the one who took me to the room was quite friendly, but she didn't really explain clearly what the facilities were can be used, so I am a bit confused about the facilities that can be used. Josephine who greeted me at breakfast was very friendly and very helpful. the food provided at the SENSES restaurant is very diverse and delicious. Parta and colleagues at the pancake station is very helpful and friendly, he made me a pancake character and it was really good, also Warsi at the Egg Station is very friendly, she offered me a variety of egg variants to serve. Suwar at the breakfast brought me a unique drink, I really liked that. she was also very welcoming to me when I was in the Lobby Lounge restaurant. alvin, yudha and all who were in the Lobby Lounge restaurant were very kind and very friendly to me, chef widi was also very kind and very humorous in person, making me not bored to linger to sit and relax in the restaurant. Chef Ari who greeted me when I had dinner at the senses restaurant on New Year's Eve was very kind and friendly, he was very helpful in explaining the various foods that were in the restaurant at that time.. I am very happy to be able to feel the hospitality provided by this hotel. really can't wait to be able to stay again at the Ritz Carlton Bali. send my regards to the great people I mentioned, can't wait to see them again -Edgard

We would like to give our special thanks to Mr. Gin Arsa, the supervisor of beach and pool who took care of our family during our stay especially everytime we visited the beach & pool with his warm and genuine hospitality. We also had great convos and chats. Hope to see u again in the future mate 🙂 We also would like to appreciate and give our gratitude to : - Mr. I Made Sukadana , the Director of Rooms - Mr. Mario of The Beach Grill - Ms. Sovi of the front desk - All of the staffs who are very friendly and polite We really enjoyed the marshmallow roasting during the weekend at the beach. It was very first time and they were irresistible. Breakfasts were so excellent at The Beach Grill. I love the bircher muesli, salmon gravlax and smashed avocado. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake for our son in the room 🙂 There were quite a lot of mosquitos in the outdoor areas, perhaps it was because of the rainy season. The use of mosquito repellent is advised. However , the resort did some mosquito fogging during our stay, we really appreciate that. The gym is quite small but very well maintained. Health protocols are really well applied in all parts of the hotel 👍

Unforgettable moments staycation at RitzCarlton Nusa Dua Bali all the staf very help-full, friendly with excellent service and great hospitality. We have a great experience at this luxury hotel. Very friendly staffs with excellent services and great hospitality. Especially miss Yuni who's escorting us into our room and gave my daughter a cute Lion doll. Also miss Cecilia who's guide us when we want to saw another type of room. Very appreciate with their sincerely support and kindness. Great hotel with very comfortable room, delicious breakfast and perfect location. One of best luxury five stars hotel/resort in Bali.
