The Ritz-carlton Bali was welcoming from the moment we stepped on the beautiful property. Alefan, the front desk manager could not have been more accommodating to us. We were upgraded to Executive Suites which were spacious and well appointed. Ale, had my room Decorated for my Birthday with every imaginable fanfare as well as a lovely cake and handwritten notes from all the staff. Ale made our trip so special. The restaurants onsite were reasonably priced and offered a great selection. The beach was clean and the water clean and warm. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Ritz-carlton Nusa Dua again (hopefully soon). It's my new favorite destination ♡ Thank you Ale and all of the wonderful staff for making our trip so very memorable. We had an evening arrival and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Arriving at night when it is dark is not only disorienting, but you miss seeing the sweeping views of the property where check in is performed. We made sure to go back up to the lobby and repeat this after breakfast the following morning. What an amazing view looking down over the property and the Indian Ocean! You may not have control over the time you arrive, but if it is after sundown, don’t wait until your last day to go all the way back up and take in the sweeping views! We stayed in a Pool Pavilion Villa. Kind of a mixed review here. The room is beautiful. It comes with an open layout, high ceilings and a great exterior bathroom and pool shared with the other attached villas. When it comes to acoustics, the room fails and because we were in the center villa, I heard EVERYTHING happening in either room. The honeymoon couple on our first night made getting to sleep pretty much impossible until the early hours of the morning (good for them right?) It was the idiot dad with ZERO spacial awareness in the villa next door repeatedly yelling “wake up we’re in Bali” to his kids at 6am where I found my passive aggressive side bubbling up. (Clearly we can establish I am not a morning person.) By 6:30 the kid was running around screaming and our room was officially up for the day. Thankfully, there was a massive Koi fish pond behind our building that had open feeding of the fish at 7am, so I was able to schlep myself to the pond and feed the fish every morning of my stay. Sadly, I may have overfed some of them, but the catharsis I had during those morning feedings more than made up for thin walls. Just be forewarned…the acoustics aren’t the best and any noise reverberates. If you can, sleep with earplugs and hope you’re not the villa in the middle. That being said, this is truly a minor issue and nothing to let ruin the experience. Breakfast was outstanding. Everyone truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we could possibly want. We ate at both of the specialty restaurants; both outstanding and highly recommended. The Balinese cuisine and service at Bejana is simply outstanding; the view looking down at the ocean is unparalleled! My mouth may have been on fire at one point, but I loved every minute of it! The main infinity pools located short of the beach are beautiful. There’s something about watching the tide of the Indian Ocean roll out as Camel’s transport adjacent hotel guests in front of you; all while sipping drinks and taking in the sun from your own Bali. The hotel truly is an oasis. Overall, my experience at this hotel was great and I find it one I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful resort with a nice stretch of beach in Nusa Dua! Rooms, food and beverage are reasonably priced and service is outstanding.…
From the beginning of our one week stay up until the end, they never failed to amaze us. Our check-in went very smooth (Natasha). As we had a preferred room view, the team ensured the requested room moves were carried out until we felt most comfortable (Asthi, Erly). In particular, we valued all efforts on our little daughter (6 month infant) including personal gifts from Asthi, Erly, Serli, Swan, Sila and Chef Ayu. Serli and Swan extended their hands to help us to often carry our little daughter. Our Sawangan Junior Suite with Pool Access was fabulous. The daily highlight was the attentive, smiling and friendly team (restaurant and kitchen staff) and the F&B quality at the breakfast. Special thanks in particular to Chef Kojong who always provided us with a healthy fruit platter and ensured our well-being (thanks also for the granola bars and baby food!). The service managers (Linda, Ale, Ayu) were also very caring and accommodating as well. Further, we were very professionally and friendly treated also by the concierge, the SPA and fitness team (greatly supported on an injury), front office and the pool team. We also appreciated the free family photography. Last but not least, our check-out also very smooth (Nobi, Pande). A big thank you in particular to the front office supervisor, Mira, who was always there to make our stay most memorable. Overall, a most amazing stay at the Ritz-Carlton Bali. We are looking forward to come back!…
First of all me and my family would like to say thank you for your "superbe bon service hôtelier". This hotel is very special to us. The best after our own stay in our hometown The St Regis Langkawi. The service is top notch exceed our expectation starting from the arrival to check in with delicious welcome drink that our kids love the most. After check in the staff that bring us to our room unfortunately i don't remember her name, thank you very much for your kindness to bring me and my family until buggy. Such a nice and warm service. The view is magnifique from the Lobby down to the beach it is such a beauty sooothing and very calming...The room as we walk in is so huge 1000++ sqft this is not a room this is the house hahahaha...so BIG and CHILL as we come in so comfortable. The bed is the most comfy from all hotel that we ever been. When you lie down trust me you dont wanna get up. As we come to the pool my kids and i we got a wonderful swimming time with a lot of food and drinks to enjoy..even ice cream is sooo..good. The beach is out of this world..it is very beautiful very clean. The sand the grass the wonderful set of Cabanas and umbrella seating so organized so nice. The beach come with kids activities such as Bon Fire and Kite Flying. The kids enjoy it so much. The RITZ KIDS CLUB is the best ever. Water sliding outdoor sliding and indoor activities is superb and its FREE no extra charge. The Buffet breakfast is out of my mind. Very tasty "superbe bonne nourriture". 2 Days but i still cannot finish to taste all the exquisite food range. The food spread is so wide that you can't ever got time to finish to taste all. bon appétit ! to me. This was 2nd time at Ritz Carton Bali with my wife and daughter 6 years old. I do love to stay here to feel good atmosphere and valuable time and moment. This time I stayed Pavilun Villa room for 2 nights.The room was so excellent and very satisfied with it. Actually there were a little issue for wash basin place, but soon engineer came and fixed it. And the service from Batler team is also great. I asked many times; like booking the restaurant, getting goods from grab, delivering child chair etc.. Communication is very smooth using WA or App and response also quick. I do not feel any stress for it, too. Breakfast is amazing for the high quality and variety. It is buffet but if I ask some arrangement, they served us as much as possible. Only one think to ask for the breakfast, if there is like kids food place for display, that is more better. However I cannot forget the taste of breakfast there, too. Finally I would like to say many thanks especially Alefan who arranged and coordinate in advance for our celebration our memories and Gerry from Batler team he supported us all during our staying. I will back to Ritz Carton Bali in near future actually I already booked !! …
I stayed here for 6 days and it was one of the best experiences of my life, the service was amazing along with everything thing else i was truly shoked. I could not have asked for anyting more because the resort staff was the most welcoming and most kind ive ever seen. I couldn’t thank the staff enough I just wanted to thank Yurika the manager for all the help and this amazing gift.
The Ritz is the place to stay in Bali with kids! Wonderful rooms, wonderful service, great food, super kids club and a beautiful property. While all the rooms are amazing and luxurious and tasteful (we went with other friends in family groups who stayed in different types of rooms), we stayed in the pool access room and it was very much worth the premium charged! Our friends were all hanging out in our room and my daughter loved it. They even had the cutest additional complimentary activities for families like roasting marshmallows at the beach in the evenings! In terms of improvements (if I’m being super nit picky) there seemed to be some temporary staff at breakfast to manage the huge crowds (we went during the Christmas break and the hotel was packed - never felt crowded tho apart from at the breakfast buffet) who didn’t really seem to know what they were doing at times. There were quite a few of them who were confused and would get orders wrong. But someone more experienced would come right along and fix it quickly so I wouldn’t say this was a big issue. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, and I’d love to stay there again.…

When we arrived for Check-in they Ritz Carlton had not secured the rooms we had requested. Which was connecting rooms. Eventually the staff were able to fix this issue. Although to make up for the inconvenience, they offered an amazing experience for my husbands bday, with more food options and extras, like a bday cake and more. Mr Made in particular changed the trajectory of our holiday. The customer service was amazing. Also the restaurant staff Leony was so lovely at the Indonesian restaurant. She was so welcoming and nothing was too hard for her to accommodate. I would certainly stay at the Ritz Carlton again. Especially if staff members like Made and Leony are still there!
I went to Ritz Carlton on Jan 2023 for my honeymoon. When I check in, I asked Nadia, who is in charge of my check in, if I can get some arrangement for my honeymoon, she is so kind and set up everything. Nadia, Aspari and Benedict also write me a card
