Literally the worst place I've stayed in Bali. "Luxury villa" is the farthest thing this dump is. Broken amenities, disgusting cleanliness and incompetent staff makes for the most unpleasant stay. Don't be fooled by the older great reviews, the place is run down since covid and the management are now a mess. When we first arrived they showed us to the three bedroom Unit 12 where all the rooms were filthy and smelled of mold and dampness. The pool was also extremely filthy with leaves and dirt everywhere. So we asked for another unit. We were given unit 11 right beside. Which still smelled damp but was much more bearable. But then one of the AC units in the livingroom isn't working at all. And the other one is rusted to hell and barely working. We specifically looked for a villa with an air conditioned livingroom so what's the point if it's not working. To top it off the water heater is total garbage and stops working after 3 people takes a bath in the villa. What's the point of the bathubs if the hot water can't even output much of any hot water? We asked if they can fix these issues and they basically said the maintenance can try and check but this is what we get and they probably can't do anything. Which is exactly what happened since none of the issues were fixed. They then had the audacity to still charge us for an extra bed we needed so we said screw that and just used the sofa in the livingroom. As you can see in the photos. The pool deck has rotten wood with rusty nails poking through ready to give you tetanus when walking barefoot after swimming in the filthy swimming pool. The furniture are old and worn down. The paint on the walls are peeling and the corners in the rooms are filthy and some even had dirt and ants living in them. The air conditioning unit in the rooms weren't even installed properly and leaked water at times. They're also noisier than any AC I've heard before. Talk about relaxing at a vila where there's constant loud humming from the cheap and busted AC units they used. The tap in the sink in the bathroom was loose and then the drain got stuck closed. The shower had stupid rocks and channels that were disgusting and looked never cleaned. The door from the livingroom to the pool was stuck slightly open and was rusted permanently in that position. The stove is rusty and dirty. The sink looks like its never been properly cleaned and has water spots everywhere. The decorative plants they put on the table were just grass that had lice and fungus on it. There's just so many cost cutting and cheapness everywhere. To top this all off. There's basically no parking spot and so we had to hand in our car's keys to the security guard so they can move it out of the way of the other guests cars. That's not an issue in itself but the day before our checkout date they gave the keys TO THE WRONG GUEST. That guest then managed to take it far away and ran out of gas breaking the car. Now we don't have a car and then have to deal with the car being stranded in the middle of nowhere with some stranger. I've had it with this villa. Literally everything is wrong with it and I urge everyone to stay AWAY at any costs. I'd rather stay at budget hotels than this utter disaster. I wouldn't even stay here for free.

I am merely reinforcing the fact that I did not even once take a seat. The manager came to me and informed me that he was the one responsible for the villa. I showed him the situation in the villa I was unhappy with; it was dirty and there were flies everywhere. And then I showed him the many stains, on the sofas, curtains, toilets and even on the bedsheet. How are people supposed to spend their vacation in a place unfit to even live in? Even when I asked them to change the bedsheets, they told me that they were all the same, dirty and stained. They never offered me another villa of theirs despite knowing I was displeased with the one they assigned to me. In this pandemic, if they are truly in need of money, they should be honest. There isn't a need to force people to pay for a night at a villa that they never stayed in. That isn't the fault of the customers, but it's their fault for not being able to provide the villa that they promised and that we booked for. We chose that villa because it looked good and the price was cheap, but it turned out to be a complete dissapointment and nothing like the pictures. We feel misleaded and deceived. Where is the fairness in that? Why should I have to pay for a night? I would rather give the money to people in need rather than those who choose to deceive customers like me.

Having stayed in previous Villa's this Villa was a little unconventional in its layout being separate living and bedroom module's. Still ok but not our best experience. Our Villa # 1 was a little tired, but more importantly there were safety issues, the bedroom floor coverings had curled along all of the edges making a huge trip potential. The large outside pool deck was very dangerous in that the planks were loose and not secured to the lower frame due to rot. In more than one location the planks would rise 250mm in the air when walked upon.Maintenance was a big issue. The staff were excellent, caring, helpful and best of all hospitable. The food was also good and delivered to our villa in a very timely manner. The location is not too bad but it is not really walkable to the main Nusa Dua areas, the Villas staff do drive you as requested to the local areas at no cost and you then taxi back. We had a lovely holiday Nusa Dua is a lovely place.

Wow. What can I say? probably the best stay we have ever had. Vinila is on a complex of 3 and 4 bedroom villas but you cannot tell from how seculded you feel inside your villa. On the outside the driveway is shared with another hotel which makes it cramped. It is always full of hotel transport but this does not deter from the villa itself which is stunning. The rooms are laid out so that every room has a view of the pool with floor to ceiling glass doors that open on to the pool. The lounge also opens straight into the pool. It was at times hard to speak to staff over the phone because of the language barrier, but we got through it and the service was impeccible. Only issues we had was my son had probems closing his door which had to be fixed, and then his curtains but that was fixed also. The resort provide transport into town and the beach which you can book free of charge. Only problem is, they only do one way, so you have to pay to return. You can order your meals to your villa which most people seemed to do, however, order dinner early or they may run out of what you want. Also the best sleep I've had on holiday! All in all one of the best places we have ever stayed.

A great place for a family of 4 and upto 6. Each Villa has three bed rooms - two on ground floor and one on first floor. We needed two bed rooms so we chose two on ground floor. Accommodation - modern fittings, comfortable beds, pillows and linen. Semi-open shower and bath tub is great. The pool is the main attraction which is well maintained and accessible from common room. Service and Staff - Excellent room service and staff. Breakfast options, and quality of food is great. See attached menu of breakfast and all day dining. Costs are reasonable. There is a Spa with 20% discounts for guests but is available outside in much lesser costs. Location - there are no convenience stores, money changer or restaurants nearby in walkable distance. Although there is a shuttle and most of the time hotel provide drop off to nearby areas. One has to take a cab for return. In the evening, the way to villa is dark and not walkable. Complementary Airport transfer is a plus.

Stayed at Vinila for 5 nights with family including kids. The 3-bedrooms unit with nice open-space lay out was perfect for us. Bed and pillow were so comfortable. Shower in the bathroom works perfectly and have a good pressure. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our place clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with lots of choices; coffee was good. Staff and service were great. Thanks to Pak Okta(?) and the entire team. Some small glitches can be improved. Will be back!
